This company helped me during a pandemic when the basement bathroom needed a shower door! I am so thankful. Jim measured and Jay installed. My bathroom is pretty small, but their expertise with shower doors makes my bathroom look amazing.

Installers came with all the needed tools and enough drop cloth to cover the floor.cleaned walls, floor and vacuumed all the dust before leaving. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Needed to replace a broken part for my daughter's shower door. Passed this establishment on my way to her house. The woman who helped me went out of her way, even taking me in the back workshop where the mechanics were, to show them the part, since we weren't sure who had originally installed the doors. They sent me on my way with two pieces to see if they would fit. They also did not charge me. Piece worked great, just what I needed. They really helped me out!

I had a painless experience from start to finish. The sales person was patient and answered my millions of questions. I was told it would take about 2 weeks and I was installed in 10 days. The installation crew was courteous and made sure they cleaned up everything before they left. Definitely recommending.

The entire transaction was perfect. The sales people were very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. RThe installation was perfect. I could not be happier.

This place is a TOTAL SCAM. Read the yelp reviews. BEWARE! Owner came to give me a quote. Told me 14 days to make the custom shower doors. 14 days later I hear nothing. I call and the manager tells me they were ordered late the night before. I tell them forget it, I don't do business like that. He says he will make some calls. He calls me back. He says he can get them in five days. I say no thank you I dont trust your business practices. He says he will refund my deposit. Next he calls and says he can't refund my money because they have already been cut. Time for small claims court. Luckily I have a recording phone line and have it all on tape.

I had a problem with my shower door hinge, called them and they came in two days to fix it. I highly recommend them.

The owner came and gave a free estimate. His years of experience showed when he took a look at my tiny basement bathroom. We had many obstacles to overcome in this small space. He offered plenty of advice about the design of our space.

The workers who installed the doors called to tell me they were running a little behind schedule. This showed me they were being considerate of my time. When they arrived, only 45 minutes behind schedule, they were friendly, knowledgeable and neat in my bathroom.

The doors look great and the layout makes the best use of my space. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with space challenges.

Poor workmanship and quality materials. Bait and switch. Promise service and quality and deliver on neither. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or install it yourself if you want it done right.

The Staff in Customer Service and Service/Scheduling Department are very warm and Professional, The CEO Bill is on top to make sure you are 100% satisfied, He is very professional and he is always there for you. There are always improving and learning from the remarks of their customers.

Since September 2012 we have been in constant contact back and forth to no avail. The shower doors do not close and Showercrafters are not fixing it. They make appointments (3 so far) and do not show up. Calls to them go unanswered, emails do not get responses.reported to the BBB and they still ignore.

Customer service is the worst and their so called guarantee does not exist.

This place have a great showroom. They cut and fabricated their own glass. Their product is warranty by the MFG.would recommend it to a friend.:)

Customer service the worst. Miss appointment twice. Never return your calls. Lies after lies. I pay for a shower door, but in return I got nothing but Straus.

I had a awesome experience dealing with Showercrafters, I had my doors put in on 10/16/15 and everything went perfectly from the minute the door was bought until it was installed. I got great help in the showroom with my decisions when selecting the door. Their expertise and knowledge were very helpful during this process and I got a great price too! From start to finish it was a great job. I would recommend Showercrafters to anyone else
