Mike is the owner. He will not return my phone calls. His drivers are late and his dispatcher is vial and harassing. I also loaned him money. He won't pay it back. Very disappointing

They were over an hour late. My appointment was cancelled and now I get to suffer for another month while I wait for another appointment.

They are on time and the drivers a very concerned and helpful, I am glad I found them as my Medical cab company.

I just watched a taxi driver from this company pop the trunk and throw garbage on a well manicured hospital lawn. I took a picture of the driver and car. How disrespectful. And yet the outside of the car talks about being clean. Must be because he throws all his trash on lawns

I give this company zero ratings but in order to
post you have to pick 1-5. I worked for them for 3 months drug use mainly pot by drivers kickbacks to Medicaid clients up to 475.00 in cash on Friday's all was good in the beginning but they really showed there true colors when I had concerns about my pay it didn't match the hours I worked the more I worked the less I was paid when I mentioned it one ok I'll look Into it no answer ever came 2 weeks later I say again something is not right that was it I was done I got screwed never even got my last paycheck and I know now how Crockett they are I still have three weeks of paperwork but they don't care they are robbing taxpayers of NY- upstate and downstate I have physical evidence and I'm going to be very patient till the day comes when they make the news / newspaper.

This is by far the best medicab company I have ever used! The drivers were very polite and the cars are brand new and clean! I highly recommend this company to anyone on Medicaid

They were the worse company I had ever driven with. The last day I drove with them they totaled the car with in minutes of me being in car do not ride with them under no circumstances. They do not care that human beings are in the vehicles. They are always late they are AWEFUL

This is the very best medical transportation company, I've evet had. Polite, Courteous, Patient, Dependable, So very grateful for these wonderful folks. Always on time. And will call you.
