Not happy couldn't preform services we needed specifically 4 wheel alignment after tie rod end replacement if would have known before hand would not have taken car there but were charged for alignment anyways and told had to take car to a different shop for more work feel were way overcharged

Do not get your car inspected here. They will try and upsell you on repairs that you do not need.

To be brief I brought car in for state inspection was told it needed front tie rod, upwards of $300.00. I authorized work they ordered the part and I dropped the car off at 5 days later at 10: 15. I was told could take 2 hours. Three hours later I return to pick up the car only to find that another mechanic found 7 things now wrong with the car which would be $1,150.00 for parts alone. The service person was very nice but she could not explain what happened and she did say that they had a new employee training and he should have called to let me know but he must have forgotten. I was not charged for the new inspection however I think that there should be some explanation as to how the car now needs $2,000.00 worth of repairs (inc labor+/-) as opposed to the previous $300.00 quote. I obviously will be bringing the car to a non Schultz shop to have it looked at. Very dissatisfied that my time was wasted and for the inability to explain the difference between the 2 mechanics inspection. Though the service writer was very nice and polite I will not be returning nor recommending this shop to anyone.

I used to have a 5 start review and now it is down to 1 because I installed new upper a arms and all that needed to be adjusted was the camber. They put my truck so far out of alignment I couldn't hardly keep it straight. Then they wouldn't even take another look at it. I demanded a refund and now I'm stuck with a truck that was worse than before the alignment.
