Shults came to my rescue as I arrived in town for an overnite visit to Jamestown and my rear wheel bearing went bad. They assessed the problem and had it fixed in a couple of hours. What a relief as I had a 6 hour ride home that day. Great work & support. Thank you

We took an hour's drive to Shults Subaru in NY since we were treated so poorly by our local Erie based Subaru dealer! We are VERY HAPPY that we drove that hour to Shults Subaru!

At Shults in NYS, our salesman, Brennan, was personable, patient, polite and kind to us. He always answered ALL of our questions! He got us a fair deal on our trade-in as well.

He had to order the our Impreza with our specific requirements and he was honest saying it could take some time. However, it only took 7 1/2 weeks. We were thrilled!

When we went to pick up our car, Brennan kindly and patiently took the time to go over every thing we needed to know before the drive home.

And, everyone else we dealt with that day at Shults Subaru was just as nice and accomodating to us as Brennan was! I can only say that the employees at Shults DO CARE about their customers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHULTS for your next car purchase! (Ohh yes! We love our new Impreza as well!)

Able to program my new key fob, but took over an hour. Had online appt to do fob and Shults Advantage detailing. Unable to do the detail. Said it was because I made appt.online. What good is online scheduling if it isn't reliable? This is the 2nd time online scheduling has been unreliable.

The entire staff at Subaru was truly outstanding. Hunter, Bev, and Austin were all so friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Shults Subaru to my friends and family.

Car screen kept resetting on me so I had taken it in to Shultz Subaru. They diagnosed the problem with my radio system, ordered me a new one AND found my extended warranty to get a deductible! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for getting my car and I back on the road!

Had an emergency where I went in unscheduled with a trip to Colorado a day away, and Becky, Erik, and your subaru service teem cleared a path in their schedule to get my car in and back same day. Kudos to the Shults Subaru service teem!

I was vacationing in the area & found my 2014 Subaru Outback was leaking power steering fluid. Ed Shults Subaru fit me in to diagnose the problem & were able to fix it the next day. What a relief!

I was extremely pleased with the help to an “out of the area” visitor & the service from Ed Shults Subaru. Additionally, I dealt with Becky, who was very friendly & professional-an asset to the dealership!

Today I stopped by Schults Subaru in Jamestown to schedule a maintenance appointment for my 2019 Forester. I was having trouble with my left rear tire pressure. They took me right in and fixed the tire, so that I wouldn't worry about driving the car between now and my upcoming appointment.
I am so grateful to Becky and staff at Schultz Subaru.

Had oil change and tire rotation on my gmc acadia. It's usually always a pleasant experience at your Nissan dealership. It's too bad that I need to take my gmc to Nissan because I usually have a bad experience at your chevy service. I just don't understand how the two different service departments can be so much different under the same ownership. When we complained about chevy service nothing was done, so why do you even ask to fill out these surveys when you obviously don't care about the customers once you sell the vehicle.chevy dealership service manager told me to go to another dealership. Because I paid 5000 dollars for extended warranties from you, I have to take it to chevy for warranty service. Thanks a lot Shults!

Very pleased with service as I always am. Typical dealership prices, but very reliable and honest services done. They are sure to fully explain any issues and ASK permission before doing any extra service to vehicle. Time estimate for service was spot on, toon a bit less time even to switch out all my spark plugs. This is my normal dealership I take my subaru to and they have always been very good to me, for years now. The customer service from Becky in particular who helped me mostly with check-in and check out bumberous times, was great. Both Becky and the mechanic I had today were very helpful, honest and informative. I will continue to visit this dealership for services and future car shopping.

I recently took my Subaru Outback to Shultz for brakes and an oil change. The staff were all very pleasant & accommodating. I live an hour away and was prepared to wait while the car was serviced. The customer lounge was equipped with comfortable chairs, flat screen tv, coffee, water & snacks. Everything was immaculately clean. I connected to their free Wi-Fi and got a lot of paperwork done while I waited. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
