Ophthalmology Clinic SightMD reviews
7Very friendly staff answered all my questions and were very helpful. I would recommend Dr Kligman to my farm and friends
First visit. New doctor. Dr Brad kligman. Loved being there. Thorough exam. Was totally listened to. Was never rushed. Dr K is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet at the same time. I feel so lucky I took a chance. This is where I’ll put my Eyecare. The staff too is welcoming and attentive and helpful.
Prepare to spend a day in the waiting room with Sight MD. The last two appointments I waited well over an hour and had to leave. I never even got into an exam room. Dr. Blanco was excellent, but the wait is not worth it with Sight MD. I will no longer go to this practice.
Busy office that is well organized. I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The new Ophthamologist is very nice, the previous doctor retired but the office kept a smooth transition.
Not satisified, Avoid this place! Dr. Kligman is a 30 something millenial type, who does not know how to communicate very well, probably spent his college years with his head in his phone texting rather than talking and relating with people. He seems more impressed with himself than being interested in "building relationships" with patients. Good example of the general corporate takover of long island medical (and dental) industry. What recourse does the patient have if everything is owned by Northwell, NYU or now this new SIGHT MD, he doesnt work for you he works for Chicago corporate conglomerate Chicago Pacific Founders, so whats his motive to build a relationship? I didnt like his cocky attitude, and I dont like corporate conglomerate medical facilities where the patient has no recourse no venue to complain. This location used to be a privately owned opthamologist who apparently sold out. Front desk staff remains, but likely won't be for long as is nature of corporate conglomerates!
