The listing of SightMD continues to be in a difficult place to find on the building directory. It’s not in alphabetical order. For the rent that you are paying the building manager should alphabetize its tenants. I pointed this out last year as well but nothing changed.

From go everything was just perfect, even the reception ladies were attentive and gracious.the young woman that performed my tests very reassuring and engaging. Dr.was on point and explained entire process I was undergoing would highly recommend

My experience here has been excellent. Dr. Potash did laser surgery on my eye a couple of months ago. He is very professional and courteous. The office staff is pleasant and efficient.

I told the doctor (Katz) that three (3) additional people in his 4x4 exam room in addition to him and my daughter and myself is far too much; especially since COVID-19 and other communicable diseases are still running rampant. He told me "this is my playpen, you can't tell me what to do".

This coming from a supposedly doctor and when I told him we can't even get a cold due to lung and heart issues it didn't make a difference.

I will never ever come back to this place again! It's ridiculous for supposedly "intelligent " people to be offended by the tone of your deep voice.egotistical, self-absorbed, and self-centered doctors and their staff!

The staff that greeted me and did my eye exam were wonderful. Dr Potash provided great care!

My experience with Dr. Voleti is always pleasant. I am very comfortable with her she shows that she cares, concerned amd she's very patient with you. I highly recommend Dr. Voleti. God bless Dr. Voleti and her staff in the Harrison and Yonkers sites.

Took my son for an 8: 45a appointment, when I arrived the person at the front desk (who was really nice, however I’m upset she didn’t call me before arriving) told me that the doctor did not accept my son’s insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket if I decided to keep the appointment or reschedule to see another provider. I woke up my 9 y/o son at 5am to go on a 2 hour drive to make it to his appointment prior to school (we drove all the way from CT). Since we were already there and had taken the two hour drive I decided to stay and pay out of pocket due to the fact that this was also an urgent matter for my son to be seen. Now, I do have to say that the appointment was booked with the call center, however the call center did ask for insurance information and entered it in the system and did not tell me that the provider did not participate with my sons insurance, so I won’t fully put the blame on the office it self, however the office could of called me early that morning prior to walking in, to at least let me know that my sons insurance wasn’t taken by the provider, it prob would of been too late anyways because I would of been on the road already, but it’s the thought of having communication that matters. Other then that I would given a 5 star, my son was seen at a decent time, no waiting, the doctor was good and so was the MA that took him in and took his hx. Which I was also informed after we were in the room that there’s also a facility in CT… did the lady who booked my appointment even inform of it? NO. Really wish I could of given this faculty a 5 star, unfortunately I don’t like when others play with my time and money.

Dr. Potash and his staff are professional and caring in their delivery of services. Dr. Potash bedside manner is excellent! Dr. Potash takes the time to explain what he is going to do, the findings from all tests and examinations and the course of treatment. Dr. Potash and his staff contacted another medical provider that I saw for a previous examination, in order to get details about the results. That information was important for a comprehensive treatment plan. Thank you, Dr. Potash and staff for your service with excellence and care.

Very nice, respectful and clean office and they pick you in time from the assistant to the doctor.

I give 5 stars for Dr. Potash. He is a great doctor, however the wait time is a bit excessive.

Everyone was helpful atknew exactly what to do. They knew what I had been tested for on my last visit, and where to pick up for this visit. They explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with all the equipment they were using. And, of course my ophthalmologist, Dr. Voleti, is the best!

Dr. Katz was great! Very nice! The front desk receptionist, Destiny, was welcoming and friendly. All the staff was nice!

An amazing experience the staff is very friendly and professional, DR. Nail Katz also very professional and the place is very clean.

Dr Potash is amazing. He saved my husband’s vision years ago and has even faithfully caring for us both ever since. We are thrilled that he is our doctor! All of the staff is professional and friendly as well.
