I recently completed a closing in the Catskills after working with Justin Greenberg and I couldn't be happier to recommend or refer him to anyone I know. I was purchasing a second home and am from out of state so I had a lot of anxiety about the process and Justin was there to support me and answer every annoying question every step of the way. Throughout our 3 months working together he was extremely responsive to the point I always felt like his only client. He was excellent at walking me through the process initially and then talking me through every milestone. He was great at laying out my options and providing his professional advice and even presented options I hadn't considered, like putting more money down to get a lower rate instead of trying to buy down a rate. He also provided excellent advice on taking a slightly higher rate to lock in for 60 days instead of 30 which ended up being 100% the right call. I look forward to refinancing my loan with him hopefully in the next couple years when rates decline.
