Silver Mirror Facial Bar - Manhattan West, New York NY

I was very excited to get a facial here but it did not live up to the hype. Total paid $150. I paid $50 extra for the Gua sha massage which was maybe 10 minutes total and was so gentle barely doing the work, like nothing happened. During the facial the esthetician was trying to sell me products instead of letting me enjoy the facial and relax. At the end they asked me how much gratuity I wanted to leave maybe 3 times which was overbearing. One good thing is the 2 front desk staff was extremely nice! And they used Dennis gross products. Wish I had a better 1st time experience so I would’ve wanted to go back.

Good facial, staff is great, but no one ever answers that phone. I really recommend better attention to the phones so folks don’t lose out on their membership when no one is there to answer.

Upon entering I was the first to introduce myself instead of being welcomed. Continued to look at the computer with little to no eye contact. The facial was good, however it was far from a relaxing experience. The stations are separated by a sheer curtain and I could hear other employees talking very loud. Then there was the door that someone kept slamming every other minute. Overall not a pleasant experience at all

My favorite facial spot in the city! Must visit. Manhattan West is my preferable location! After facial with glowing skin I go grab some food ;) love this area!

Silver Mirror Facial Bar was recommended to me by a friend, who had heard great things. I signed up for an Anti-Aging facial with Priest, as his services as a clinician also came highly recommended. I have to say it was an incredibly lovely experience! From the friendly and professional greeting by the front desk staff, to the caring and thorough discussion pre, post and during the facial, (which incidentally was an option to select at the time of booking, meaning more conversation, less or none at all), to the actual facial, I was absolutely delighted by the entire appointment, so much so I enrolled in a monthly membership. The facial left me feeling clean, glowing and refreshed. I highly recommend both Priest and this facial bar.

Before heading here, I had difficulties trying to combat acne and tried various things to have clear skin. It wasn't until i came here and saw actual progress on my face. I had the help from an esthetician named Madison who was very knowledgeable on skin care and walked me through the whole process, I highly recommend her because without her I wouldn't even achieve having glowing and clear skin. The rest of the staff are very friendly, the whole place is very clean and organized.

I’ve been hooked on Silver Mirror Facial Bar for the last two years (originally I first came in for a facial as a one off treat yourself… opps). My esthetician, Priest, is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely knowledge, friendly, and just really fun to work with. I recently switched over to the new Manhattan West location from my original location and WOW! This location is sparkling new, has the latest technology, and the location is awesome. Manhattan West has lots of great post-facial snack options. The staff are incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve gotten a facial ever. My first experience was somewhere else in NYC and it was a mediocre experience, but this time at Silver Mirror Facial Bar my experience was great! I did the 30 min signature facial. I had Samsara and she was great. She walked me through every step and checked in with me frequently but not overkill. FYI it is located by the restaurants/shops by the Peloton Studio and Whole Foods, not directly on 9th Ave.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an esthetician by the name of Madison who truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Madison took the time to understand my skincare concerns and goals, making me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. Throughout the entire treatment, Madison’s skills and attention to detail were evident. She explained each step of the process, ensuring I was informed and comfortable. Her gentle touch and precision during the facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. My face is often dry and oily. When Madison was finished with my facial I saw instant results. I was glowing and my skin is looking the best it has ever looked. Madison also recommended skin care products for me to purchase at the store and I have incorporated them into my skincare routine. The products are fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I also noticed the immaculate condition of the facility. It is super clean and every station was organized. The staff follows safety protocols. The treatment rooms were not only clean but also well-organized, providing a serene environment for relaxation. I love my facial thank you so much! I’ve been really enjoying the silver mirror facial bar locations. They offer a variety of facials and reasonable pricing. The add ons will catch you if you’re not ready for them so definitely talk with your aesthetician first to find what you would most benefit from. Also from what I heard packages aren’t transferable between locations but I have since posting this review been notified that they are, so maybe confirm that when purchasing. The aestheticians are great the locations clean and so accommodating like blankets, heated beds and charging stations for your phone. The facials themselves leave me glowing for days afterward and I also tried the hand revival to relieve my eczema on my hands (helped a ton). Definitely can’t go wrong trying them out!

I had an urgent meeting pop up on my calendar for work but was able to reschedule an appointment from the Bryant Park location to Manhattan West with a few days notice hassle-free. Also, being one of the newest Silver Mirror locations, I had been meaning to stop by and see if the quality and care were consistent. There are a handful of factors to take into consideration when delving into professional health and beauty. Some of what I prioritize are experienced estheticians, tailored care, and hospitality. Across the board, the SM team are some of the most kind hearted people who help guide you through your skin care journey. I definitely nerd-out while leaning about the latest products and technology with each visit. If you’re not a member yet, I recommend giving it a go with the many perks available.

I’m so glad it’s opened in my neighborhood! The space is bright and clean, and the staff is so nice. I had an acne-fighting facial with Priest last night, and my face is still glowing today; my skin feels soft and hydrated. I will definitely come back!
