Silver Rod Pharmacy, Brooklyn NY

Ok so I just called this pharmacy for the first time and the person in the phone was simply amazing! The item I've been searching forever for, that's been sold out everywhere else, well he searched and found that they actually had one bottle available, so he put it into the computer as "in stock" and walked me through how to order it on the website and get it shipped to my house all the way in West Hempstead. He was very patient and polite, and had a wonderful personality. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy to the locals.

You have to wait hours to drop off a UPS package, they are under stuff and recently they became Amazon Hub center, people are waiting on the line for their amazon returns and you have to wait on the same line.no point of going there if you will drop any package.you can NOT be UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL drop off location and AMAZON Hub and working with only 1 people

This is one great well stocked pharmacy, if you ever have any packages to ship this is the place to go! I only gave a 4 star cause there is not much parking and cause the prices are not the cheapest although they are pretty balanced.

Great local pharmacy. I got my Pfizer COVID booster shot here and they did a great job! Very friendly and professional.

I have ordered Sunday a over the counter medication. Supposedly they're open, but no answer on numerous of phone calls. Paid $5.00 for my local delivery just a few blocks away and nothing ever got delivered
When it comes to Pharmacy matters you want to rely on someone who's open everyday!

Staffs that work behind the counter in front of the store do not wear their mask properly. Nose are exposed. They also let customers come in without a mask on. The Fedex pickup guy does not even wear a mask when he comes in. This place is a public health hazard and they are putting all their customers at risk. If one customer gets covid-19, this place will be shut down for 2 weeks and a massive contact tracing investigation will be required. I will be contacting NYC Department of Health and the NY State's compliance team about violations seen inside this store.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Pharmacist are always ready to help and knowledgeable. And also they have an amazing selection of cards.

Best Pharmacy in Brooklyn! I along with my family have been going to Silver Rod Pharmacy (18th Ave) for over 30 years! The Owners and staff are always welcoming and happy to help us should we have a question about a product or prescription. If they don't have what we need in stock they will order it for us. The service is exceptional. The Pharmacy department always has a Pharmacist on hand to help with any questions, discuss side effects and ensure that medications are filled on time. If you are not able to go in person, they are happy to deliver your meds, etc. I prefer going to Silver Rod over a Big name pharmacy any day! Wouldn't change them for any other pharmacy.

SilverRod is a first class pharmacy, they go out of the way to explain to you your Prescriptions and any side affects that they may incur. The pharmacy Dept.answer the phone immediately and answer any questions you may have, at once. They will deliver your RX to you in a timely manner.

I wish i can rate a zero. The lady at the package counter had a nasty attitude and accused me of having an attitude when i asked follow up question. Didn't expect great customer service, but that was extremely rude of her. I raised the concern to the manager, hopefully he can address it and improve on the customer 's experience. Friendly customer service is usually a selling point for local stores but this doesn't seem to be the case. I will not go back for sure.

This pharmacy is AMAZING! First and foremost, the customer service is impeccable. Every single employee is kind, warm, patient, and they’ll have you out of there in a timely fashion. Every item is neatly packed on the shelves, so that your shopping experience is smooth. Lastly, they ship packages, whether you already have a label or not, and not every pharmacy does that! I continue to recommend Silver Rod to my friends and family!
