Amazing service! Carlos is a real gem in the industry. He's kind, professional, works quick, and the prices are unbeatable. There's no leather or shoe repair like him in the area! Would recommend and be back anytime. The store can be a little hard to find: it's in the basement of the old Citi Bank building by Court Square. (keep in mind he only takes cash)

Excellent repair of boots which needed reglueing. They both were refortified and shined.

The service was very good. I had to call them several times just to ascertain their location. (Lower level of the building) It's a nice quiet spot. I needed shoe laces and the person really searched the place for me. Clean and organized. No damp or dank Smell. They have a good spot and I look forward to using their services again. (A barbershop is right next to them also.) If I can take photos I will add them. I thinks it's a cool place. It the lower level of the bank.

I dropped my 2 pair of shoes off for repair before shutdown. Those are both over thousand dollars. I called them hundred times but the phone number is not working. I used to use this store many times so I trust them but is there anyone who knows how are they? I am really worried about my expensive shoes,

Is underground floor in Citi Bank building, is $8 for replacing heeltaps, is clean, friendly and fast (next day is ready).

I really liked it

I love these guys! They have great customer service! I’ve been going to this place for years, since I live in the neighborhood and I always had great experience, until I got pregnant and these guys outdid themselves! They were accommodating me by doing quick service for the one and only pair I could wear at that time- my husband dropped off the pair of ballerina slippers and the cobbler fixed and delivered to my house the same day, since that was the only pair of shoes I could fit with my swollen feet. Right after I gave birth to my twins, again, I still could fit to only one pair of boots that needed to have the heel repaired of one boot, the cobbler suggested to my husband that the other one needs to be repaired as well to match, one of the guys came to my house to pick up the other shoe, since I couldn’t leave the house with the twins. The next day the boots were delivered to my house like brand new.
These guys go out of their way with the customer service! I’m very impressed and very happy- great prices, nice job and impeccable customer service!
