This Was My First Time Going To An Urgent Care And when I tell you it was “urgent” lol The Office Is a Spotless And Can I not say how Lisa Was Such An Amazing Staff, Very Polite, She was very informative On what I came to do and she had patient with me Thank you And I would recommend Any And Everyone to Choose the Farrockaway Office.

THE SILVER STAR URGENT CARE IS THE BEST URGENT CARE I HAVE BEEN TOO THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT AND LISA AND SIMONE ARE EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO FINDING OUT WHATS WRONG WITH YOU I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO THERE NO PROBLEM GREAT PLACE.

I came in with a bad sinus infection and they helped me right away. The physician assistant and doctor were incredible. I was also very dehydrated. Dr. Rena Anthony saw me close to closing and was so caring to ensure I got the proper car that I needed. She even stayed late to ensure I was able to get the saline IV and made sure my diagnosis of a sinus infection was accurate. She was one of the best doctors that I have seen in a long time given her patience and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back! The environment was impeccably clean and well maintained. I drove all the way from Brooklyn and it was definitely worth the drive for Dr. Rena Anthony!

I went in there half alive from a severe throat infection. From the minute I walked in to the moment I left I felt like my health was their main priority and took great care of me. I followed up with them 2 days later and was sent to a specialist due to my illness getting worse. The entire staff is amazing! The location is in mint condition. Will definitely come back!

My visit to precision urgent care was flawless in many ways. First I didn’t wait very long to be seen my the doctor. The staff was pleasant and informative as I entered.
The medical assitant was a breath of fresh air as she smiled and took my vitals.
The doctor came in and was quick, smart and accessed my condition quickly.
At the end the reception area was great as I made a request to get some more Info on my condition.

I took my son to this urgent care to get his DOT form filled out. The Medical Assistant told us that the Doctor who does it wasn't in office that day. We told her we just moved here and didn't know where else to go. The thing that was so amazing to us was that she took our number and called us back with the information for a doctor in the area who could help. She went above and beyond to help us. That was the best care we ever got going to an urgent care and we weren't even sick. I would definitely recommend this place

I went here after my obgyn appointment was postponed due to overcrowding. They saw me immediately and referred me to a great place for a double breast ultrasound. They helped me faster and more efficiently than my GYN office ever has! They even called me several times to follow up and speak to me about their suggested follow up.

Visited the location in Far Rockaway with my son. The doctor looked at my sons rash for about 30 seconds. He then told me he had no idea what it was and told me to take him to his Pediatrician. So the doctor told me to take him to the doctor. Complete waste of time and money.

Had visited Silver star urgent care for a minor surgical issue and wanted the procedure completed by someone I knew and trusted rather than visiting ER. Dr. Verma was very kind and helpful in the process. We were greeted by Khushbu who also was very receptive and friendly.

Avi the surgeon PA was fantastic and took care during the whole process in checking to make sure no pain was felt and explained the whole process and gave guidance on follow up.

Highly recommend for many issues. Very clean facility, easily accessible and friendly staff!
