Took a pair of brand new pants to be dry cleaned and they came back completely ruined. Refused to refund me for the service and the employee screamed at me. I would not come here.

Terrible customer service.
Dry cleaners in the city are all over the place. DO NOT waste your money or time in this place. That horrible lady behind a counter does not know what she's doing, she mentioned "I'm owner". Maybe it is time for you to stay home and hire someone who actually understands business.

Their pick up service is definitely top quality. You can tell by the smell of the clothes that they do not use cheap detergent. You have a loyal customer in me. Clothes is neatly folded. Great service. The free pick up from their website is very convenient.
