I had a check engine light come on. I called the repair shop. They got me in within a few days, analyzed issue, located problem, fixed it. Good overall job Got me in promptly. Found and fixed problem reasonably priced.
Staff was courteous and helpful.

This was my best experience by a truck. In the past it felt like it was rushed, and the young gentleman I worked with explained everything and were very professional. It seemed like they went above and beyond to explain stuff to me that I did not understand. I would definitely recommend Simmons Rockwell to any of my friends or family.

Purchase of my new truck was as smooth as possible. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want and the whole process took much less time than I expected.

It was actually the hyundai dealerships I used. And has a decent expierance. Car was there, price remained the same. Only down side was 3 small items I wanted addressed on the car where not, and then interior could have been cleaned much nicer. I accepted the car anyway. Would have been better to have those things resolved as expected prior to delivery. Otherwise so far im satisfied.

From start to finish, the service department was fantastic! They not only fixed the part causing the check engine light, they were able to do to more warranty repairs that the technicians noted upon initial inspection without hesitation or hassle. They called and set up the appointment once the parts arrived, arranged for a loaner vehicle, and called when the repairs were finished (same day-for a decently larger job too!). There was never any doubt or confusion on my part; great customer service.

I have never had a better experience with a service center-keep up the great work! I will continue to do business here as long as the service is this great!
