I have purchased 4 nissans from Simmons Rockwell and have all my maintenance done at their shop, I would never go anywhere else. Kind, courteous and good work always.

I called with questions concerning wear on all four tires at only 16,000 miles. I was prompted to stop in for tread check. I needed new tires and given a quote. However, I was also presented with other avenues for tire-wear compensation and replacement. I like that the departments work together to to fully satisfy the customer. I always go away satisfied!

Travis was a great person to work with in, what can be, a stressful experience. He listened to my needs, of what I needed a truck to do, and presented a great option. It's rare to find people that listen to the customers needs and try their best to fulfill them. He did that.

Travis was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the car. They worked together as a team to get everything settled as the insurance company and dmv was closed. The next day was Travis's day off.

My driver seat was feeling off and the tech said she bounced up and down in it an could find anything wrong. However on her bouncing she broke my seat and no one has returned my calls to fix it.

I had to have a car know salesman can be pushy. I know it's their Job. That i do not like when I go for a car, I want advice and help not to be pushed by sayings like this car will be gone by the need of the day and so on. That said the salesperson di show me cars on my list I brough in and he did show me a new car for the same price as the used ones.and I bought it. He did pick me up from the rental place that I was renting the car from and brought me back to the deanship. He did show me things about the car and made sure it a full take of gas and made sure i was all set to go. Now i rated you all a 7 because he did find this car for me a stroke of luck.now we see how the car holds up and the service I get moving forward.

Service department was great. They really tried to make sure there was no other problem with my vehicle before the warranty expires. They were unable to duplicate the problem I reported, even after keeping the vehicle for a couple of weeks to make sure. I appreciate the effort they put in and the extra mile they went. I am just unsure I would buy another Nissan because I am not sure about their reliability overall after the problems that we experienced with both my husbands Pathfinder and my Rogue.
