Love the quality coffee. The employees are friendly and the special drinks change often enough but not too much.

Lovely local business serving up delicious coffee and phenomenal customer service daily. I go as often as possible and will always choose to visit the Simple Roast Coffee Huts over other places.

Best electric chai in the area! My goto! And the pup gets a treat so she ALWAYS wants to go!

I have never had a bad experience here. Super speedy and friendly service, everything is amazing quality, and prices are reasonable. They'll even come out to your car to take your order sometimes when there's a line. Sometimes there's a long line, but that's because everything they make is amazing! Their lattes are always incredible, but the true mark of a coffee shop is the quality of their coffee; I mostly drink black coffee, and I've gotten iced coffee, americanos, and regular coffee, and it's never weak.

The coffee is excellent and staff too. They have a variety of specials, I enjoy dragon fire, coffee chocolate cherry and habenaro. Just tried Latte with dark chocolate and coconut, excellent.

I told Mattie it was my first time so I wasn’t ready to order just yet and she gave me a whole rundown of how things worked and what tastes great! I’m writing this review just to shout her out!

I’m not from around here so the fact that this is a shack at the edge of a parking lot is just so quirky and fun to me! It also signifies it’s good!

The barista was wonderful. She asked my husband to double check the sweetness before we left to see if it was to his liking. It was perfect, but it was so thoughtful that she wanted to make sure it was!

Kiosk in parking lot. Take out only. Variety of coffees, lattes, some quite unusual and flavorful. Perfect to get quick quality without parking hassle and be on your way

I’ve been coming here for a few years, I actually drive 40 minutes from another town to go regularly because I love their coffee and baristas so much. Obviously their monthly specials never miss but their regular stand bys are also AMAZING.

My absolute favorite coffee! Their house roasted smooth espresso (even the decaf!) is perfectly balanced & excellent both in a latte from the hut & at home, service is always quick, efficient & delivered with a smile. Love their order ahead location, saves me a lot of time during the weekday rush. This is a must try if you're visiting Auburn. Keep up the good work!

The girl that took my order was very friendly and unfortunately I never got her name, I wish I had. I ordered an americano black and I've never tasted one so delicious:)
