Our company has been using Simplegrid Technology, Inc.for almost a year. With Simplegrid, their IT people are very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient in solving your problems. They have been great with setting the staff up with their computers since we have been working from home remotely. You can call them with any kind of IT problem and they will solve it.

The Simplegrid team has been absolutely fantastic in resolving any issues when I have needed help. Their response time is usually very quick and they efficiently communicate solutions. They also all seem to have a great deal of patience with a customer like me who can sometimes be technologically challenged.

When our office had to transition from working in a central location to being a widely distributed workforce - with just a few days' notice - the Simplegrid team helped us navigate the change in an almost seamless fashion. Quite a feat, when you consider we are in four states, two countries - and everyone is in a home with varying degrees of robustness in their internet service and speed. These days have been a challenge for everyone, but at least we can count on our technology to support us and permit us to stay productive in the midst of these uncertain times.
