Ordered a Product on 2/20/21, and as of 4/16/2021, I am being told they now have it in their warehouse and will be packaging and shipping it soon. This is after telling me 3 weeks ago they should have it in stock in a few days. Don't order from here if you have any need or desire for the product in a reasonable time frame.

My wife ordered a toy for our Grandsons 4th birthday and they took the order and cashed our payment, contacted them before our grandsons birth day and took they days to respond, when they did they said that the item was out of stock and it would be weeks after his birthday before it would be in stock. They stated that they had no idea that the item was out of stock and that there keep everything they sell in stock. Well looking at the sad little building that they are in it is impossible or they are just poor in inventory management. I cannot get them to answer their customer service line or return an email. These people who own this are the true meaning of lousy business people. We want our money back but I doubt if they will honor their Satisfaction guarantee statement. So we will blast them on every site we can and put a complaint into New York State business licensing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, The wrong items were sent. They still haven’t sent the back order. There is no way to contact the company. The phone rings busy or no answer. Tried to contact via email no response. 47 one star reviews on Yelp!

Worst experience ever. They charged my account $179.95 and never delivered product. Told me it was delayed.that was April 2020 and they still haven't delivered or responded to credut my account.

Happy Customer! Ordered a liner for my toaster oven (which I didn't even know they made - so I was thrilled to find it). Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. Received my item in perfect condition, and it is keeping my toaster oven nice and clean! Very pleased!

I ordered a grout scrubbing brush. It arrived on time, and is of high quality. Very good product and easy company to work with, I will order from them again.

FRAUD. FRAUD FRAUD. I had purchased an item prior to Thanksgiving and I received an email stating it was out of stock. Ok, no problem, I had time before Christmas. Christmas is closer now and I still have not received any info about my purchase so I emailed again and was told it was still out of stock. I finally sent an email stating if it was not going to be in stock I would like a refund. And who would have imagined that THIS is the email they DO NOT respond to. I finally made a claim with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER use this site again. I wish it could get banned. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

SCAM COMPANY, do not purchase. They have been reported to the FTC and are currently under investigation. Previous scammed customers should feel free to file a report.
Also file a complaint with BBB, as well as open a claim with your bank so that they can help you get your refund back.

Horrible! Ordered two items for my mother who lives in another state. Only one item was shipped. There’s NO WAY to contact anyone to deal with the issue. No one answers their “customer service” line and there’s been no response to the email I sent. I’ll be taking other steps to get my refund and will lodge a complaint against this company!

This is a horrible company! I ordered a standing room mister and never received a confirmation email yet they deducted from my account. I have called numerous times and get an outdated answering machine that says their business hours (which I called during), but you can’t leave message. It says to call back.
I have emailed them 4 times with no response.
I looked on BBB and they’ve had same complaints from other customers and BBB has revoked them.
DO NOT buy from them. Scammers!

Ordered something from them on oct 19th. Still hasn't shipped and they no longer respond to correspondence. Making a claim for refund through PayPal. If you are thinking of ordering from them don't just walk away, RUN!

Shame! In the past I ordered from SGS & had a satisfactory experience. For over 2 months item is “currently” out of stock but charged my credit card. SGS replied to my emails until I requested a refund. No communication since. Luckily only $7.

Horrible horrible company is the kindest review I can give. They immediately charged my credit card. When I went to track the item for shipping it says I ordered nothing! I have sent 4 emails, all which are unanswered. I have tried and tried to call. No one answers no matter when I call. This company is fraudulent. Stay away from ordering anything here.
