Absolute impudence. We bought a SIM card at Jfk for expensive money and we were not informed that a Huawei cell phone was not compatible with the USA. Accordingly, we couldn't use anything.

10/10 recommend, very convenient and fast service. The young lady I think her name was Norinn helped me out and even offered to help my wife put in her own sim.

An absolute SCAM AVOID. Horrible customer service. We just arrived at the airport and needed access to a Sim. The sales lady was pushy and tried to sell me a SIM card which was expensive because when I asked for a cheaper one she didn’t have any stock. She put the SIM card into my phone without giving me a final breakdown of the price so I had no option but to pay. When I started to give her some change towards the total bill she acted confused like she doesn’t know how to count money.
