1 Moved to Buffalo from San Francisco so there were a lot of moving parts. Shante, our leasing agent was fantastic. Very quick to respond, incredibly communicative, and easy to work with. She made our move across country so much easier. Thanks Shante! The place she recommended for us is really great as well. Would certainly recommend Shante, as well as Sinatra apartments.
Shante’s email is no longer accessible. I am changing from 5 to 2 stars. I have called in for issues including someone trying to break into our apartment at 3 am as well as someone trying to break into our car on a different night. Someone did call me 3 weeks later. I called back and she never called back.
I called and tried, but still can not get my parking tag for my car, or get a simple question answered like “how do I buzz the delivery driver in”.
Stay away if you want to be taken care of after the sale.
