Sinatra did a great job for my husband's memorial service. Everything was arranged from out-of-state and when I arrived they were friendly and helpful with ensuring all was just the way I wanted. The video tribute was beautiful and room was lovely.

During a time of loss, Sinatra Memorial Home and its Team of Professionals, provided warmth & comfort to our Family. The entire process was seamless and precise, and they paid attention to detail. With what seemed like such a blur of 2 days, Sinatra & Team made sure that all details were covered, and they were so easy to work with. Even items we may have forgotten about or didn't think to ask about, they made sure to cover. Frank Jr, Joe, Solka and Jackie were so kind, that they made our family feel like a part of theirs. We would highly recommend their services & team, to anyone looking to send their loved one "off in style", while not having to worry so much about something of such importance. We cannot thank Frank Jr.and the Team of Sinatra Memorial Home enough. Days after, they were still accommodating to our family, when we visited with them at their offices. They were real people whom showed empathy and compassion, and were easily relatable to us. We would not hesitate to use Frank Jr.and the Team at Sinatra Memorial Home, for any future losses of loved ones. Thank You ALL again!

Sinatra funeral home has done many funerals for our family, this is the first for me. I lost my mom 2 weeks ago and they did a fabulous job. They were very helpful and If I can give them 100 stars I would. Thank you so much

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
My family and I had a very unexpected and unfortunate loss due to Covid 19. We lost my grandmother, a woman who meant the absolute world and beyond to more people than you can imagine. She lived a life worth celebrating, and because we believed she deserved the absolute best, we made Sinatra Memorial our first choice.
I called Sinatra Memorial Home on Feb 19 at around 1: 30pm to ask about their services. I'm not sure who was answering the phones that day, but it was clear that the man who took my phone call had outside issues that he chose to take out on me. I was received with a negative, annoyed attitude when what I needed the most was kindness and sympathy. When I asked to speak to someone else, he very plainly told me that no one else would take the phone call but him. I never got a name, and for his sake I'm glad I didn't.
If what you need during your time of grief is a shoulder to lean on, DO NOT call Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc.

Sinatra Funeral home took care of my mother 6 years ago & now my husband and they were very respectful & catered to our wishes.
Since my original comment in September my father also passed away in December 2020 & Sinatra Funeral Home was there for us once again. They went above & beyond to get everything ready for the services. They handled the obstacles that popped up and treated my family with dignity and respect. I wouldn't have any other funeral home handle my family on their final journey.

My god uncle his mass is this Wednesday coming up. I loved him so much.your now joined back with your beautiful wife audrey.and your mom and dad. Sisters and brothers. Fly with the angels uncle Sal. I love you.your daughter and family here will miss you so much.

Staff was respectful. Site was peaceful. Supported the family with any requests. Provided a serene environment during a difficult time.
