Sinatra's, Kenmore NY

As in the past Sinatra's continues to amaze me and my family with their polite and engaging team members, their great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

My husband has been wanting to go here forever so I made reservations for our anniversary at 6 pm. Arrived at 5: 54 and was told it wasn't 6 yet so they couldn't seat us even though the dining room is mostly empty. We were told to wait at the bar.for 6 minutes. Half the bar has reserved signs in front of empty stools. Two bartenders - one doing nothing and the other filled an order for a group of maybe 6 and then walked away. We tried again to get their attention and both start chatting with what I assume were the regulars. I would try and give the benefit of the doubt and say they didn't see us but when we approached the empty "reserved" stools they let us know we couldn't sit there. We left. There are too many good restaurants in Buffalo with amazing food and service to put up with this. Glad they have enough regulars to not need new customers.

As far as Buffalo goes, this is as good as it gets. Solid food, great service, and drinks. It isn't the old place many of us remember, but it still knocks it out of the park. What else do you need?

My only complaint was that some of servers would reach in front of you going over your plate. Other than that everything was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Our group had a wonderful experience. The dining room was very comfortable. Our Server was especially tentative and courteous.
All 5 of us enjoyed our appetizers, Salads, Dinners & Desserts.
Enjoy a special occasion with family and friends you won't regret spending here. One suggestion I could make is to pamper the exterior garden beds. Doing that would really perk up the exterior of the lovely building this restaurant is located in.

Everything was incredible. We had the watermelon caprese and beef carpaccio which were both wonderful. I can't say enough about the halibut and braciole which are always amazing!

WONDERFUL evening, Bartenders were very friendly, our waiter was fantastic and the food was SENSATIONAL.

We had an outstanding dining experience at Sinatra’s. The food was fantastic and our server, Danny, went out of his way to make sure our evening was perfect. We will definitely dine at Sinatra’s again!

Great atmosphere and super tasty food pretty expensive for a broke college kid like myself but not a bank buster. Definitely recommend the veal bolagnese

Delicious food and drinks. The staff is very professional and friendly. AMAZING Lemon Drop Martinis!
