I called SiriusXM a few minutes ago to terminate my Uncle's account. I called (forgot the representative's name), introduced myself, and explained the situation (my Uncle passed away in January and I would like to settle and terminate the account) since I am not the account holder. He kindly explained the bill and took my payment and told me that my account will continue next month. I explained at least several times that I was terminating the account. He was more focused on sales pitch than human compassion, by trying to talk me into keeping the account. My Uncle has passed away, is deceased, dead, gone I don't know how many synonyms I should have to use to get the account permanently closed. I kept begging to close the account while crying. Do better.
