This place sure doesn't have the professionalism and skilled techs it once had when Mr. S was there! A couple years ago, they installed the wrong appliance and when I spoke with the manager of the place, he lacked customer service etiquette and wasn't willing to rectify their mistake. It cost me extra to have them come back and do the job the right way!
