I hired Six Star Maids to come and deep clean a newly purchased house before I arrived. Everything was exceptional and crystal clean! I asked them to clean out our wood cabinets that had a musty, wood smell, and they did an excellent job cleaning it out and all other appliances. And they have a simple, online booking system - very easy to use and they were able to come within a couple days of bookings. I would HIGHLY recommend! I will be using their services again!

This service was great. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The residents are also happy that the company takes Covid safety seriously. Communication with the company is also excellent. I will definitely use them again for periodic deep cleaning.

My wife and I just moved to Ithaca and wanted to get our home cleaned. Team Yannick was excellent, even making our oven sparkle like new. The house smelled wonderful and it was nice.

This service is amazing! They were able to send someone out to me with very short notice (I reached out to them late at night and had someone ready to clean my place the next afternoon). They responded to me very quickly and the employee Lillian was fantastic. Very friendly and left the place spotless. Definitely will use them again in the future and worth the money!

A very nice team member met with us to go over what our needs were. After a week of not hearing back from him or receiving a estimate, I followed up with an email. Days later he responed. We accepted his proposal and here we are still a month later and nothing! Total unprofessional! I would not recommend this company.

I am so happy with this company. They returned my call immediately. They arrived promptly for their appointment and did an absolutely stellar job. The appliances were immaculate inside and out and every inch of the apartment was cleaned and dusted. They sent me an invoice that I could pay online shortly after completing the service. Everything was so easy and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning help and I will be using them again myself!

Not only was the owner and the crew able to help me out in an emergency they came out at 8pm at night and worked till 10pm. Above and beyond what was necessary plus great customer service. Six Star Maids was phenomenal - I made an extremely last-minute request (under 24 hours notice) for a Sunday morning slot, and they made it work. They arrived on time and were super friendly. I booked a deep clean for a small 2 bedroom apartment, and the two-person team was there for almost 4 hours. The whole service was thorough and seamless!

I reached reached out to Six Star Maids after I bought a house and realized that It hadn’t been cleaned for 20+ years. They were able to come the next day (Saturday) and they were amazing. So thorough, professional, and the house sparkles. The two cleaners cleaned everything top to bottom. I can’t say enough positive things. You won’t be disappointed!

It's my pleasure to say that I had an excellent experience with the services provided by SixStarMaids. I am a new Thumbtack user and chose to work with SixStarMaids based on the positive reviews they had from other customers. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. I employed the company's services for two of my homes - one for a "move out" cleaning and one for a "move in" cleaning. At first, the SixStarMaids crew did a "move in" clean of my new home. It is a 6000 sq.ft.home and the crew did an excellent job in cleaning the house in a few hours. I also thought the cost was quite reasonable. More importantly, the company exhibited excellent customer service. To give an example, there was some confusion regarding whether the basement was covered during the cleaning which was not clarified at the beginning of service. In realizing that we also had a basement to be cleaned the company informed us there was an additional charge for the basement, but due to the initial confusion, the company insisted on waiving that cost for me despite my offering to pay the additional fees. This to me was an exceptional example of customer service. In another instance, as I was not fully satisfied with the "move out" clean of my other home, the company sent another crew to clean up the place again at no cost. There was no convincing involved on m part. I simply called and explained the problem and they took care of me as a client. Again, to me this was another example of excellent customer service. Beyond that, both the crew and the managers (particularly David) were extremely courteous at all times and responded to my questions and concerns right away. When I am done with unpacking my new home, I plan to employ their services again for a more regular schedule. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you SixStarMaids!

I am so pleased with SixStarMaids cleaning service! Vivianna and team have been incredibly flexible with my schedule over the past few months. The advantage of this company is that you get flexibility, consistency, follow-up, and an incredibly thorough clean - no matter which team is cleaning my house (they do try to keep it consistent, though, which is also nice!). AND, it's all online. I booked my appointment with a clear and accurate estimate online and I get email and text reminders of upcoming appointment. This is so convenient. I highly recommend using Six Star Maids. I've probably had six different individuals or companies through the years, and they are BY FAR the best.

My wife and I have been using this service for a month and i can say it is extremely convenient. Online booking is easy, the detailed cleaning is AMAZING, our home was given a second lease on life especially considering we have 2 active children running around.

We first tried their move in service which was a life saver in the initial cleaning needed and aid in unpacking and dusting our flat in Ithaca.

During the pollen season we used their deep clean and my maid was so friendly and understanding of my son's allergy to pollen. She made sure that the room was properly vacuumed, the window and sills were pollen free then got to work on the baseboards which was where the pollen was building up.

I must thank the maids for this company because they make each trip count towards the overall maintenance of our flat.
