Sweets and food is delicious, but the service is HORRIBLE. Language barrier is a problem and they will lose customers because of this.

They not good anymore as they were before old owner sold to someone and they don’t know how to deal I ordered chole puria totally taste less. Chickpeas was dry not gravy also not fully cooked and you order on phone and you reach the time they told you but food never ready still have to wait longer. Very bad service.

I go first time here. And tell 1pound mix he only give me all burffi. And they are not fresh. I throw in the trash.

I got sweets here with my friend of mine who celebrates Eid al-Fitr. I don't have any pictures because even though they may have looked nice, the taste just wasn’t there. The small bar with a peanut butter taste was there but thats it. The doughnut like dessert was bland and not sweet. We got a few boxes with about 6 different desserts and i personally wouldn’t go back since it was nothing to rave about.

I recently visited Sathguru Sweets with the expectation of getting some fast food, specifically their double-decker veggie burger. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I'm compelled to leave a one-star review to save others time.

Despite their advertisements claiming that they offer fast food, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and I still hadn't received my food by the time I had to leave. It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I had wasted my time. All I had ordered was one double decker burger, and it wasn't that busy, only 3-4 customers.

As a customer, I expect to receive the services that are advertised, and Sathguru Sweets failed to deliver. Waiting for such a long time and not getting my food was an absolute waste of my time, and I'm disappointed that I had to leave without getting what I paid for. Despite asking them how much longer it would take, they assured me it wouldn't be more than a few minutes.

I hope that Sathguru Sweets takes this feedback seriously and improves their services. It's not fair to advertise fast food and then make customers wait for an extended period, only for the customers to get frustrated and leave without any food. I urge people to avoid this place if they value their time and expect to receive the services they're promised.

Amazing quality Indian sweets! A bit pricy, but if you got a sugar craving then this is the place to go!

I saw a very big fly sealed with the stuff they had to deliver or sell whatever. Also where the sweets was. Worst place to get food. Also the man that does cashier, picked up what fell and placed in someone’s order. Very unclean.

When we ordered my food thay packed my food wrong stuff and not even my only for me one time every time thay packed wrong food only two ️ ️

I found a fly in the samosa I am going to share pic. With you guys, I don't want to harm anybody business but having a fly or insect in the food is serious matter.

The people are good but there is a lack of atmosphere in the store. He can't be in the store for just a minute because it's too hot inside. There is neither air conditioning nor ventilation.

I love getting various desserts and samosas at this place. Brought the stuff for parties at work several times - always a hit! They have pretty gift boxes in different sizes and whenever I visit someone or need housewarming gift I purchase a box of sweets here. You can also get a cup of amazing flavorful tea to drink in a car. (There is no sitting area.) Prices are also very good.

This is the worst place to order from. They never have your orders ready on time. Even if you call and tell them to get it ready, you still end up waiting an extra 30 mins! Absolutely ridiculous!
