Skaneateles Boutique Hotel

Perfect quiet relaxing stay in the heart of the village. Loved our host and the room. The hot tub was a bonus.

The room was nicely kept and room was clean. Although we booked a jetted tub and it was non operational. They didn't bother to tell us until we walked in and saw it for ourselves. Kind of wish they had said something earlier

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable room, with a very convenient location. Your are a short walk away from the middle of the village, with easy access to all of the shops and restaurants. While they don't have a free breakfast, who needs it. I would rather walk down to one of the local places and support a small business. They do have snacks in the room along with a coffee maker if you are desparate.

Centrally located in the Village of Skaneateles on a quiet low traffic street. Easy walk to restaurants, parks, and events.

Great little hotel! Very clean, cute and cozy! The staff was super nice and helpful! The best part is the location! Walking distance to everything.restaurants, bars, shops, the lake and everything else! We only used our car once all weekend to get to the winery which was still very close to the hotel! We will definitely return!

Quaint, clean, friendly and 1 block from town.

I love the hot tub in the room, and you can even keep the rubber duckie they prominently leave for you on the tub!

Small hotel, but B&B like, has a great porch, free parking, 3 min.walk to town area, and 5 min.walk to lake, honor kitchen, and friendly staff. Go get a pizza at Gilda's, grab a beer, and enjoy.

Day one was quite enjoyable and we had no complaints. Unfortunately, when we woke up the well went dry and our water was mixed with silt that turned it brown. We were offered another suite and our overall cost was reduced for our stay. Due to the size of our party (6) the new arrangement was less than ideal but the day was saved. Lovely suites, great staff, poor timing. Still would recommend.

What a gem of a hotel! Every single interaction with staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect! We can't wait to visit again!

Room was extremely clean and spacious. Laid-back and unpretentious. Close to everything and overall, a comfortable place to stay!

Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Nice little quaint spot within walking distance to the lake, shops, and restaurants.

We recently stayed here for 4 days. There were so many good things about it. The price was so reasonable and it's only a 3 minute walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops. The room was large and immaculate, and the bed was comfy. The hotel provided tasty snacks, coffee, and tea. Our room was on the first floor which means it didn't have an in-room refrigerator, but that was fine because we used the common fridge on the 2nd floor to store a few things we had bought. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Bungalow room #10. Huge room. Everything you need for a stay. All complimentary. Nice beds. Great looking place! Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!
