SKECHERS Factory Outlet, Niagara Falls NY

Terrible experience today when we went to swap two pair of shoes for a bigger size each. We entered the shop well before the closure time and made it to the till 15 min before 6pm on a Sunday. Whilst trying to ask for help on the availability of a number for a particular model, I was treated as if I was disturbing the 2 shop assistants (one of which I learned was the manager who did not even have the education to present her entire name and rudely told me she had not surname, however, she was proud to say her name was Abby and she was the manager when I asked to see one). As a customer I assumed that when 2 shop attendants are at the till and only other customer, me being the second, one of them would be available to deal with a second customer. This was not the case and I was presented with a smug rude reply and a horrible tone of voice indicating that I was disturbing her by asking if they could help me. When I have explained that her tone and reply made me uncomfortable she replied that I have behaved as if I was in title to… in title to what? To be helped by the shop assistants, 2 of them who were both attending one customer? No Apologise received for what I have explained was a bad experience, moreover, the manager’s vocabulary was revealing the entire spectrum of words you would find in an environment that is nothing like an outlet designer shop: ‘I am not having you telling me how to speak! ’ Totally disappointed with the experience and the behaviour of the personnel. Would not come back, shame for the shoes, they are of good quality, but this shop personnel does not do them any justice.

Extremely rude personnel. Both the shop assistant and the manager (Abby with no surname) have been absolutely disrespectful. We’ve entered the shop at 17: 20 and they looked already annoyed by the fact we were entering. Shame that such a good brand doesn’t have appropriate members of staff!

Denise and Meghan provided exemplary customer service during my visit today. They have extensive product knowledge and were extremely helpful in helping me take advantage of their buy one, get one 50% off sale. I will be back again and hope to see more wide width options available. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

People are mad they are treated different around closing time are the same ones that come in with a rude attitude. My brother and I went in to shop for shoes for our mother and the girls working were really kind and we came 20 minutes before close while many people were in there. It’s how you treat the employees helping you and people on here posting bad reviews are forgetting that. We will be back to support this brand and the employees who deserve a raise for dealing with these mean people

I can’t say enough about this place and the employees! As someone who previously worked in a shoe store, the customer service I have received here was top notch. All employees were friendly and so helpful in answering any questions I have. I know what a hassle it is to go in the back searching for other sizes, but the lovely blonde manager was so patient with my several requests with various styles. She even helped direct me to similar styles and I ultimately ended up purchasing one of her suggestions! I also think it is important to note how I saw her interact with other customers as well. You could tell what a leader she was and how much pride she takes in the job she does. Will 100% be visiting again just from how wonderful of an experience I had. If you need shoes for yourself or for the littles, this is the place! (:

Trying to buy pair of shoes for my mom but she has really small feet and the girl helping me said she would be in girls but they don’t look adult enough. The girl told me that I could order through them and helped me find styles so that was alright I guess but I wish they had more adult like styles for small feet

Needed shoes for my son the Sunday right before school starts 8/28 which is not their fault but they have barely any sizes BUT the two ladies working were swarmed with people and still made time for my son and I. I will come back due to the experience but wish there were more selection

After 4 years of wearing the same pair I thought I better get a new pair. They hold up very well and will be worn again.

Staff is extremely helpful. Great sales always at the Factory Outlet Mall. What I couldn't find, they ordered for me. I like this Skechers better than the Skechers outlet in Clarence. The staff at the Factory Outlet Mall informed me about the deals, the discounts on the Skechers App, and bonus points and rewards.

When I asked one ok the workers if they still carried Bob's footwear she was very nice and showed me where they were. Only had a few which was ok especially because it's an outlet store. I said oh I was looking for something similar to the ones I have on. She looked at them and said we would never carry something like that, and walked away. Well you did at one time because this is where I bought them. You don't need to make the customer feel the way you made me feel thanks.

I bought my first pair of arch support shoes there and they are now my favorite shoes. Store manager was very helpful.

The staff was friendly, helped us out with a paper foot size chart since they took away the metal ones due to covid. There was an great selection of footwear. Prices were comparable to other stores in the area. I would recommend this store.

There is a new Skechers Outlet on Niagara Falls Blvd. In Tonawanda, that I noticed when I was leaving Bob Evans but they must not be open yet, because my search only sent me to the Skechers in Niagara Falls!

I love skechers! The shoes are great but the customer service is even better! A blonde and a brunette girl helped me today, and they went above and beyond! Their names are Megan and Jillian, and they were so helpful, even got a bug away from me! 10/10, amazing product and service.

The people there were really nice helped me pick out the pair of shoes would definitely recommend checking out when shopping the mall.

The first time I got my Sketchers I didn't expect too much. But since the first pair I am in love with their shoes. 5 stars to a brand that need to get a lot more respect. And you know what, they do not charge you a fortune for a pair of Sneakers.

Very limited selection on shoe variety and sizes. The staff was friendly and attentive though.
