I hate this store! Is only 6: 25 and they won’t let people in! Like they close @ 7! This is the third time! I understand 650 but 6: 25!

Affordable comfortable shoes. 400 for six pairs of shoes two sunglasses and two packs of Socks. Flex, sketchers!

WOW! It's not often that I am so impressed with how a store operates. The team here is comprised of people-oriented, customer service champions! Raheim takes his time and is genuinely interested in helping you to make the best choice possible. He understands people, he listens closely to your needs, and he has a fabulous personality! Every person I encountered in this store was pleasant, fun to chat with, and contributed to the good vibes. Aside from stellar service, Skechers' shoes are the most comfortable I've come across. I'll be coming back. If you're in the market for a new pair of shoes, I'd recommend you stop in here.

Best experience ever. So much knowledge about shoes from Raheem, best costumers service ever from the same guy. He is one of the best employee and most dedicated. I just can’t believe that someone likes job like he does. Took 6 pairs of shoes, he helped more than I could imagine. Keep Raheem this guy is golden employee, some other employees should sit down with Raheem and learn from him. After he left 6: 45, some other employees didn’t care for me being in the store.

The security guard, his name is edwin is a nice friendly and respected funny guard, he helped out very well and made me laugh and britened up my evening, I hope to see him again.

Very rude customer service. I had no idea the black shoes comes up in different versions for work and he didn't had to be rude to tell me that the shoes I picked were wrong, and to not ask him for help but the other employees. I work in retail and that's not how you treat a customer and raised your voice like I'm a kid. And he was probably a manager cause he was also raising his voice to another employee.

Horrible store, rude employees and poor selection. Avoid this store, a much better and friendly experience at the 42nd street Skechers store.

Really good help at this location. Good attitude. They must love their job. Nice security guard. Helped me out although the door was locked.

Loved the store. Lots of good quality women shoes. Found awesome shoes I needed which supported my feet for transit walks everyday. Customer service was great. I have bought sketchers before at another store but this store met my needs wrt to style, color, foot support etc.

Your employee would not give me his name. He terrified both myself and my 9 year old daughter by yelling at me and kicking us out of store when I took this photo. For a moment, I thought he was going to physically accost me. I just wanted to buy my daughter some shoes.

If you have children, I would avoid this store. It is not safe with this employee working there. It’s probably not safe for anyone. He is incredibly angry and aggressive.

Didn't.have anything that I liked in my size I had to order the pair that I was looking for on the website and have them delivered people are very friendly and helpful.the only thing I really didn't like was that I had to stand outside in 95 degrees weather until someone came out so I can go in and that's the only store that I know that is still doing that is it still a must that this is still going on in my opinion I don't think so!

The best selection of Skechers products in every size and color in the city, though lately they seem to be missing a lot of stock. Helpful sales associates with informed knowledge of the various fits and features, but they seem to be running with fewer associates on the floor now than they were before the pandemic. Ended up finding what I wanted in the wrong color and having to order the desired color online from Skechers directly. Still, to find out what model and size is right for you, you can't beat this location!
