Nurse Diana is my girl. Been following her since Tribeca. Nurse D is also amazing! You will always have a thorough facial at this location. Love love. 10/10

Was 6 minutes delayed to the appointment and they cancelled my appointment. Many times I've had to wait more than 15 minutes because others were delayed so confused why the same courtesy was not extended to me. When asked about cancelling monthly service I was told I needed to speak with a different location. This location also cancelled my appointment 45 minutes prior last month because all their machines were down. For what it's worth, I've been a customer for more than 6 years.

The esthetician and consultant were both wonderful very knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience! Jordan is so knowledgeable and friendly! He made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions about membership. He's the best! My nurse Diana was incredible. She walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. A great team here. Looking forward to coming back!

Love this place and everyone here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jordan whose customer service exceeded my expeditions. Jordan was welcoming, kind, and personable! I was treated by Nurse D who is also so kind and fun! She took her time explaining to me the process and gave me great suggestions for the health of my skin. Looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing service. Jordan was extremely welcoming and friendly. Nurse D was great and answered all of my questions and concerns and advised me on what works best for my skin. So happy with the customer service and laser facial that booked my next 2 sessions on the spot! Great ambiance and vibes as well. Highly recommend!
