I had to write a review to share my wonderful experience at Skin Solutions, I joined the membership club which I find to be very reasonable and have been getting my facials done by Naya I've had many facials in my life but Naya has to be one of the best yet she is so knowledgeable she makes sure I understand step by step what's she's doing the whole experience is amazing she never tries to upsell and best of all my skin glows I even got a facial for my sisters birthday and because she loved her results she joined as well. This place is such a waste of money, sad to see how I spend thousands of dollars to see no results. I’ve been going here for years and spend close to 3 thousand in laser packages. I’ve been told numerous things such as you “need more sessions, must be hormones”. I’ve gotten between 10-12 laser sessions in each area with no results. I still see hair growing back. I really think their laser machine is somewhat broken because it will always shut down in the middle of the laser session, the cooling part never worked, and I know is definitely something they are doing wrong to make sure you keep coming back because the other areas that I have gotten laser somewhere else, the hair is completely gone, I probably have to do a maintenance laser once a year whereas with skin solutions the areas I’ve gotten done the hair keeps coming back. I love the staff and always been treated kindly and professionally but skin solutions wasted my money and gave me no results. If you need laser go somewhere else! As far as the microneedling and massages they did a great job.

I made an appointment here for a skin tag removal about 3 weeks ago. Before paying the $50 deposit over the phone I made sure that me being pregnant wasn’t an issue for what I needed done. The lady assured me it wasn’t an issue and that “one has nothing to do with the other. ” The day of my appointment they called me 25 mins beforehand to let me know the specialist had a family emergency and they had to reschedule me for 2 days later. (I was literally already out the door heading to my appointment) Today is the day they rescheduled me for.today when entering everyone was first of all rude.not one smile. And then they promptly tell me they can’t do the skin tag removal because I’m pregnant. I personally believe they were upset because I came in 15 mins late and just didn’t want to service me any longer. (I did call to let them know I was running late I didn’t just show up late without notice) a waste of my time, money and gas because there’s a clear lack of communication in this office. This could’ve all been avoided.

Best place in states island.if you want experience you come here. Can’t beat The prices and you can’t beat the results
