1 Horrible. Horrible. No point of making appointment because they will make you wait at least 1hr. If you get the afternoon appointment, after front desk person check you in, there will be nobody to ask after you are done because front desk person is not there. Waited there more than 1hr 30mins even though they said it will be about 45mins. Still I couldn’t get it done.
Also MRI technician is very VERY RUDE. I have a back problem but they yell at you to move up when you are on the table and machine right in front of your face. Because of my back pain I couldn’t move up, but instead of helping me, they just yell at you like crazy to move up. Very unprofessional and rude to the point I’m not even confident about their work of MRI. They had no consideration for patients whatsoever. Rescheduling my MRI to different place even though it’s further from me.
