I booked a hotel room, and shortly after my flight got cancelled to arrive in Syracuse due to weather conditions. The only way to make my reservation would be to drive 14 hours from Atlanta. This hotel does not offer refunds nor travel credits for circumstances beyond our control, and now I’m out $150. Thanks guys!

Lovely, welcoming staff at a modern location. Exceptionally clean, large rooms including a mini-fridge, microwave and plenty of drawers/ closet space. Breakfast space was constantly refreshed and kept clean.

Very nice place to stay. They provide a great breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
