Very pleasant staff. Very helpful with my son who is autistic. I needed a room for at least two weeks. They were very accomidating. They even got my son something to eat. Highly recommend this hotel

I worked with them to reserve a room block for my wedding guests. I was mostly communicating with Inez and Jenah. They were so helpful and even went out of their way to decorate our room the night of our wedding. They were always understanding when I called them to figure out some logistics as I called them the most out of all the people we worked with for our wedding.

At first, because we’re not from the area we were very worried about this hotel, whether it would be clean and we didn’t have any time to check it out beforehand. This hotel is very very clean and looks like it was just renovated. In my opinion it was cleaner than any Marriott or Hilton I stayed at recently for weddings. Many of my guests who are older folks said that this was the most comfortable bed they had at a hotel. It’s also awesome that unlike other hotels the whole room isn’t covered in carpet, it makes a big difference in feeling of cleanliness.

Breakfast was excellent and def recommend if you’re using for a room block situation as your guests will appreciate a breakfast after your party.

Overall can’t thank this hotel enough. Stay here!

Very clean, smells great. I think it isn’t old building. Everything is perfect condition. Front desk lady was very nice professional she said she used to be health care provider. I like that morning team was frequently maintain the area serve for breakfast. Cleaning and stocking. Overall very.

I came to NY for the first time for work and my stay here was GREAT! All the staff members were very professional and friendly. Maria was a great assistance when my stay became extended. I appreciate the convenience of the location. Room was clean and well taken care of. This will be my "go-to" place when I come to work in NY.

Corina Montalvo Manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional, not only did she open our room door without knocking! She was very disrespectful during checkout with her child on duty behind the front desk of the hotel with her.
Very disappointed and will never book this hotel again. Horrible experience

Rooms were super clean and the breakfast was a nice touch. Automatic pancake maker was amazing. You wave your hand at the machine and it makes you pancakes on a conveyer belt. Really cool.

I must give credit to the manager CORINA, she is an honest person, and made our stay end sweet. We had a minor issue, and she resolved it beautifully. Thank you so much

Stayed last night and we were so pleased. The room was clean and so was the pool. The pool was small but great for a short swim. The service was excellent and Rachele was a stand out. She was so kind and accommodating. Continental breakfast was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the coffee but I am a coffee snob. My son loved the late night hot chocolate.

Great experience overall. It's not the fanciest but it more than met all our expectations.

Rooms are nice but so much traffic it's getting a little beat up. Very high occupancy.

Everything was fine, the room, the pool and the place, until an employee named Rachel discriminated against me, we were in the pool having a beer, she came and told me that we couldn't drink inside, ok I went out and threw it away, then a group arrived of people to the pool with food, drinks, bottles of water, glasses of soda, I was drinking a bottle of water, she said that next time she was going to get me out of the pool, but I saw all the people drinking and she didn't say anything (It will be because they are Hispanic and they are white, she did not say anything) that was discrimination with her arrogant attitude, I tried to talk to her and she only told me that the next time she was already pooping me with an attitude, she only looked at us and the Others did not say anything, a pity that people like this are working in customer service, a pity

The ac system sucks, it's motion activated, shuts off in the middle of the nite, you have to throw a pillow at it, get up, wave an arm!

I had a really good experience here. Although only for a night and customer service was impeccable. Thank you.

Soft, squishy beds and plenty of pillows in a spotless room with adequate outlets & USB ports. The staff was great, especially Toya.

I was so delighted to find this place! It was clean and airy. The staff was lovely. The food was amazing. The price of staying was worth the cost.
I would recommend this establishment to people from business to pleasure!
