Shanese Williams Real Estate, had a blast at the HGAR's 106th Annual Member Appreciation Day and Annual Meeting.
So much fun and very informative. Great vendors to help with branding and also to assist you with resources to service your clients, which is very necessary in the Real Estate industry.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not owned by Hilton that's a lie. Neighboring patrons playing loud music at all hours, screaming in the hallways. We complained and no one did anything. Then they stole the do not disturb sign off of the door after we complained about the noise. Rude people, shady area and guests were all loud and obnoxious.

I'm a frequent traveler and this has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at some doozies.

Being that it was formally a Doubletree, I was positive that it would be on the same comfort level for the cost - it was not. Don't get me wrong, the staff, lobby and ballroom areas were lovely and had I cared about it, the indoor pool was nice, but the guestrooms and amenities - things that guests actually do care about - not so much. The mattresses were beyond hard and were very uncomfortable and the buffet breakfast was horribly overpriced for what you get. $84 before tip for 3 people and consisted of the same items that you get for free at the Springhill Suites up the road - there was nothing special about it - pancakes, potatoes, sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, juice, and horrible coffee.

I will not be staying here again.

I would like to recognize the great customer service I received from Lillian in booking my uncles room today. It goes a long way and hoping to book many other stays at this hotel- thank you Lillian!

The best service by far.excellent customer care team.shout out to Mark, Lillian, Lony, and Ashley. Every single person we met at the front desk was helpful, pleasant, and just amazing.

Decent hotel for the price has everything in one place meets travel needs for a relaxed stay. Indoor pool, gym, restaurant, coffee bar, and clean rooms that have comfortable beds with down pillows! The pool is heated about 25meters for swimming laps. Gym has simple treadmills, weights, space for pliometrics. We ate dinner at BistroZ- food was good because it was fresh. (check hours of operation for breakfast & dinner). There's also a small bar, includes Starbucks coffee bar for espresso etc.
Close to trails, hudson river, local attractions, and train station for visiting NYC.

The staff at this hotel were phenomenally kind and pleasant especially Ms. Lilian and Ms. Doreen. I complimented the staff on how clean the hotel was and refreshing the aroma was. I’m looking forward to my next stay for relaxing and refreshing experience.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. There was an event going on. At Midnight, the DJ started playing music in the banquet Hall which we were directly below. There were people, alcohol, food, and pot everywhere! After two hours, I had to drive my daughter and myself home. It was 3.5 hour trip. WORST HOTEL EVER! The staff new about the event in advance. Yet, they informed no one that it would be occurring ALL NIGHT LONG!

I really like the place. It's a short walk to Main St Tarrytown and Beekman Ave. Sleepy Hollow. It's pretty affordable, has a heated good-sized indoor pool and rooms with patios in the courtyard.

It is a little dated with minor maintenance issues like doors to the parking lot that don't work with card readers, etc, but that's fine. My only complaint is their cleaning standards. Stayed there twice recently, on the way to, and the way back from visiting family to break up the drive. On the way to, everything was fine except there were a ton of balloons behind the couch. No big deal, kind of funny really but shows cleaning isn't very thorough.

On the way back we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, unmade bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor etc. That was not cool, but the front desk got us a new room that was clean.

Overall, I really like the place but don't be shocked at hiccups with your stay. Oh, the Keurig in the room on the way home was also broken. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Still worth it and a decent place for the price with a strip mall 2 blocks away that has breakfast, booze, pizza, Asian food, a grocery and a CVS.

Check in took near 30 minutes, and was almost late to a party.

Rooms need to updated. AC died randomly at 7am and room became a sauna. The layout of the hotel is not easy, and the walls are paper thin. You legit could hear everything going on around you.

I recently stayed at the Sleepy Hollow Inn over the Halloween weekend. I have previously stayed at this hotel when it was the Doubletree. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The hotel is currently still under some renovations so this reflects my review. First the staff was absolutely wonderful. Some seemed very new and at times unsure of things but they were super nice, friendly and didn't care how long we stayed in the lobby. They offered to take photos for us. The housekeeping was OK. Our room was cleaned up fine but our coffee maker was never restocked. The housekeepers were very joyful doing their jobs and many times I heard them singing or humming and it is really nice to see people happy at work. The bar and restaurant were short staffed and I was told we should have made a reservation. I had called the hotel earlier in the week to make sure the hotel restaurant was open as many restaurants in town are so busy Halloween weekend. The bar and restaurant were not even open Sunday night. This is a beautiful facility and the grounds are just wonderful and we sat outside for quite some time enjoying the views. We had some issues getting back into the hotel as the doors were locked from the outside in the back and we had to knock to get someone to open them. I would recommend a patio room facing the gazebo if possible. A bit more pricey but worth it for the view and to sit outside with your morning coffee. The location is great for Lyndhurst but nothing really in walking distance to eat. The town is very quaint and lots of little shops, coffee bars etc. I would definitely stay again and I think most of the issues are just due to being short on staff and new people working in the field. Kid friendly and a nice pool!

It is currently 12: 42 AM and the next door neighbors have been blasting music for the past 42 minutes. Also, there are people screaming in the hallways. Everyone in my family has called down to the main office and no one has done anything. At this point we are not going to sleep at all! This was a total rip off and the manager will not do anything.

Bar was closed and we were told it wasn't opening.we had time to pass while in between events there and had to sit in the lobby without having been able to have a cocktail. During the event the wait staff was lovely

Good location and nice enough rooms. There was a loud event there for medical professionals that went past midnight that was annoying.

Charged my card some $25 fee on arrival which is fine and told me it would be refunded 2-3 days after checking out. It’s been 8 days and still nothing…

I recently stayed at this hotel November 4th-6th 2022.
My stay there was horrible. First I tried to cancel my reservation for the 1st night, I left two messages and was told I would receive a return phone call. Which I never got. When I informed the front desk of my situation I was told they dont' know what happened and the phones was to busy. The elevators were not working. Room closets had no hangers, Televisions were not working, and water was leaking from the ceiling in some rooms, I would never recommend this hotel for any kind venue.

I'm posting this as I am staying here. The only reason there are 2 stars is because of the pool. We took our kids for a quick weekend trip and after a lot of searching we decided to give this place a shot. First, the website photos greatly misrepresent the current state of this hotel. I completely feel hoodwinked. I absolutely never post a review and chose this hotel despite the mixed reviews. Let me save you from my mistake. We spent a lot of money for this hotel room because the pics looked really nice. Upon arrival I already started contemplating finding a chain hotel we could move to. Started with check in. They had 2 employees working but only 1 computer working and it was incredibly slow. I was told they have issues with third party bookings. When I finally got the room we had to drive around the building and it looked so worn, just a very sketchy looking building. The door that leads into our building is broken so it has to be propped open allowing anyone inside. The room looks as though it was cleaned a month ago, there is dust and dirt everywhere. My kids found a tic tac in their bed. The big chair in our room has a tear in it. The office chair is loose and wobbly, the screws are coming out. There is molding ripping away from the wall right outside our room. The bathroom is old but not terrible, although the grout is filthy where I'm not sure if it's mold or just dirt. The biggest complaint, as I'm a creature of comfort, was the AC, the thermostat absolutely doesn't work, our room consistently stayed at 73 degrees no matter what the thermostat was set at. I get that this is an old building, but they should NOT be charging as much as they do for this or only book select rooms and really ensure they're working and in good condition. Don't believe the online pictures they post. They must be from the heyday of this hotel. They are renovating which is good, but if you want somewhere clean and professional go somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel even during renovation. Friendly staff, cute little bar, and Starbucks. Very VERY big hotel, quiet and in the perfect spot to get on/ off the highway or to just drive around town. Rooms are beautiful and big.
