Slim & Harry's Liquors, Oakdale NY

I was looking for a special liquor for baking. Called several stores and Slim and Harry’s was the only one that carried it. The people were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. They have a large selection of products.

I love this place, and it's wide array for liquor that I cannot find in stores, or are too expensive to buy online.

Especially my Stone's Ginger Wine.

I was doing my laundry next door so i decided to go to the liquor store next door i walked in n the girl was sitting down i think playing a game maybe on computer or laptop i looked at her then she gave me a look so i told her it looks like u don't want to help anyone so i walked out n never will go back there. I will let friends of mine know how rude the employee too bad she wasn't friendly i would of recommended the place to a few friends. And do go to the laundromat next door the girl is rude there and they charge 25cents for 8 minutes of dryer and the machines are outdated.

Owner is awesome and knows his liquor I recommend and will be back. Helped me with all my Christmas presents for work. Merry Christmas to all!

Can't say enough wonderful things about the owner and his family. Always helpful and friendly! The Best and a great selection of wine and liquor.
