Steve was very insightful and answered all of my questions about my property very well. I enjoyed working with him a ton! My house is on the older side so he showed me what I should and shouldn’t be concerned about, overall gave me great information about the condition of the property. Very friendly and professional service!

We recently had a home inspection done and when deciding who to choose, we went with Steve based off the recommendation of a family member. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We had a phone conversation prior to meeting where we discussed any specific features of the home we wanted looked at closer, we discussed what options we had as far as a few other services he could provide while doing the home inspection and given the square footage he was able to give us an accurate estimate of what the job would cost.
The morning of the inspection he met us at the house right on time, explained the process and welcomed us to follow him around and encouraged us to ask questions. Our inspection was so thorough, and left us feeling extremely confident in our home purchase. After the inspection was completed, Steve spoke with myself and my husband and we discussed a few of the things he noticed. But he said he would deliver us a full write up of what he found before the weekend was over.
Between the time the inspection was through and the results of everything were sent over we had a few question and were able to contact Steve directly. He was so quick to respond and always took the time to make sure we understood the answers to our questions. The very next day we met with Steve to go over all of his findings regarding the house. All of his notes and things he had mentioned were all there for us to see and reference.
Absolutely without a doubt I would recommend Steve to any friend or family member. Walking through the house with him, it's amazing what we overlooked our first time through the house that he noticed right away. If I could give higher than 5 stars for this review I would!

I have purchased 2 other homes in my lifetime and have NEVER had anyone so thorough and thoughtful! Steve is easy to work with and cares about the property with you. I have listed this as "Pre-Listing Inspection" but this is actually an inspection prior to purchasing a property. I have confidence in his report. He also performed a Radon test for us.

To say that Steve did a great job would be an understatement. He showed up early, went over the process of the inspection with myself and my family member that is buying my aunt's house. He was very thorough, answered our many questions, and showed us what he found inside and out. He explained things to all of us and showed my family member how to fix things, what circuit breaker when with what. He took his time, didn't rush through, and was very easy to work with. Steve went to extra mile to find us information in regards to a question that we had, and included that on the home inspection report. I wish he lived near me when I was getting my house inspected years ago. Steve was professional, great to work with, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, put all of our minds at ease, and personable guy! I happily recommend him for home inspections!

Steve is very knowledgeable about his profession. On the day of the inspection, he was early for the appointment and very thorough about everything he was inspecting. Very comfortable about the way he performed the job. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of buying a home and needs an inspector to inspect their home. Very pleased.
