Such a great workout. Slow and steady with wonderful instructors who really care about what you are doing and always there to push you along. So wonderful!

The best workout in nyc hands down. It’s super low impact but super effective. My go to pre vaca and pre summer workout!

I really enjoy the classes at SLT W 14th, its been a new and exciting exercise experience for me and it also challenges me each time. The staff and instructors are all pretty great too!
