Aliya did an AMAZING job on my daughters hair. She was so sweet and my daughter loved the end result! She got her hair washed, blow dried, straightened, trimmed, and even got a little bit of color added.

So.prepare yourselves. I am that person who will bleach their hair 3 times in a row and then complain that it is still brassy. My ends will be completely fried and my scalp will be a little roughened up. I went to SmartStyle in Olean Walmart. Melissa is fabulous! She was able to correct my mess of welfare colors I had going on. As well as correctly trim and style my hair. She gave me advice on hair and scalp treatments, color techniques such as not to bleach hair 3xs over with 30 developer? She told me I should leave it to the professionals.haha she was most definitely right! I am glad to say I am now able to brush my hair and look like the mature mother I am. I am not even exaggerating the love I have for this chick! I can say Melissa is now the only person I will let just get my hair done-without even having to explain what I want. Melissa is absolutely fantastic and just simply all around amazing!

I was a walk in first thing in the morning, the lady was sitting on the computer with no one in line, she was very rude right off the bat, then she gave me the worst hair cut in my entire life! She cut both tops of my ears and didn't apologize or anything. Then charged me 25 dollars and sent me on my way.never again!

Your on line booking system is ineffective. I booked an appointment only to arrive and be told it was going to AT LEAST 45 minutes. Very poor customer service.

Got us right in and haircuts were great!
Edit: Reviewed before we got the price. $26 each for guys haircut! Not including tax and tip. And we didn't have anything special done. Won't go back due to price

The girl who did my hair right before I had surgery is awsome. She brightened my day when I was having a bad one. Everyone there was friendly.

I had an absolute terrible experience at another salon in the area. I went in to see Kayla, and she told me the truth about my hair, took pictures of the damage the other salon caused and then made my hair manageable, soft, and better all for a very affordable price. She was a life saver. I've been going here for years, and Kayla and Dana are the absolute best. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I had a very good hair stylist and very happy with the hair cut. I'd definitely go there again.

Expensive but, those seats man. I'd pay to sit in those seats to watch a good movie. Very clean theater. Comfortable seats that recline with heat warmers.
