Smashburger, Hicksville NY

This has been my favorite burger joint for many years now. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it's inconsistent. I always go for the bbq bacon smash burger. It is so juicy and flavorful. I love the bbq sauce on it with the bacon and onion strings. And I know it might sound off but add avocado to it. It changes the flavor profile but in a good way. If I'm craving chicken I go for the classic crispy chicken sandwich. Substitute the Mayo for smash sauce and it just takes the sandwich to another level. And if I get fries, it's always the smash fries. Recent times that I've gone, I've had no complaints about the Customer service. They are always friendly and quick to assist you while taking your order

Smashburger has been my go-to burger joint since I discovered it in June 2019 in Manhattan.

This visit had terrible customer service and I had close to the worst burger I've had in a while.charged for a smashburger and got only meet on a bun.could hardly eat it, as hunger as I was.

Overly salty for had to throw it all away. The only plus was how nice the staff was but the food was horrible so I will never go back

Burger tasted a lot different its not like it used to be. They reduced the size of shakes back before they use to give extras.not anymore.

Went here with a friend and we ordered a lot of food. The cashier was pretty good and didn't make mistakes. The other guy who gave us the food was pretty rude but the food was great.
Side note they do have bathrooms and you can dine in.

Every location gives different cuts of fries i like there's the best. Smash fries/ Rosemary fries wood wee & they season the burger perfectly. Check them out 4 sure.

Haven't gone back since some corporation took over and took the spinach and goat cheese off the menu. Lmk if you put it back on. I'll come back.

This is the best of the premium fast food chains. The burgers are flavorful and high quality. There are nice additions like avocados and truffle mayo. The limited time only fish sandwich is the best I've ever had. Fries and tots can be regular or seasoned.

We had a superb experience at this spot. We loved the amazing atmosphere and the menu. The staff are super welcoming. I am glad we finally managed to eat here.

Well I have to say, the burgers are very good and the fries are too, the only draw back is the limited seating, due to the covid 19 b.s.

Very good food, really enjoyed the burger, it was fresh, the bun was good the vegetables were also fresh. Would recommend going there, and if you follow my post, I speak the truth about food

Got there early (11: 15) so it was empty but the place was clean, organized and staff were great. Took care to keep things safe. BBQ double burger was very good. Rosemary fries were a treat.

I just liked their dishes. I always get excellent service there. The place is well kept and the employees are always very kind. Keep up the good work.

The burger it's self was ok but the bacon was pretty much raw. I wouldn't get the bacon cheese burger, just go for a cheese burger

The staff was so friendly. There was socially distancing, and sanitizer and workers wore masks. The food was great especially the mocha milkshake!

I'm very pleased with this location. I placed an order over the phone 3 minutes before closing time, arriving there after 10 minutes, and the staff member who handled me happily obliged. No attitude, no annoyance, just pure courtesy, understanding and acceptance. I forgot the staff member's name, but he's a bald white guy and I hope this review gives him a big shout out for being above and beyond. As for the burgers and sides, it's clearly perfect and delicious.

Every time my family and I go to Smashburger, we are never disappointed. Whether it be a chicken sandwich, spicy burger, or regular cheese burger, it always tastes great!

Everyone was friendly and helpful except this guy in red shirt named Jonathan, dude seemed kinda cold and annoyed.

I felt very uncomfortable with Jonathan because he didnt wear gloves and was grabbing everything with dirty hands, he was wearing his face mask but not covering nose.

My burger came out over greased, a bit black and over fried. Absolutely disgusting but I guess because their such in a rush to get rid of customers.they dont take time to properly cook the food.

Fries was delicious and milkshake too

The prices are ok, not so much expensive

Jerry and his crew are amazing. Amazing service, great food, 5 STARS all around. We need more Smashburgers in Suffolk County NY!

Delish burger, friendly staff, but for the price of the Burger I wish they have sauteed mushrooms or sauteed union as topping choice though.
