Smashburger, White Plains NY

Being from Colorado I love a good Smashburger. This location was pretty good and service was fine.

It’s so odd to me the food always tastes different and you can either get an amazing meal and be in and out in 10 mins or wait almost a half hour for a simple order and it be the most disappointing thing ever /:

Cold food shake looked more like milk fries ice cold burger so salty woke up in the middle of the night dying for water

So glad the turkey burger is back. I missed it ever so. Will be back for the turkey burger and fries.

The truffle fries are SOOOOOO good. Burgers are consistently good too. Sometimes takes a while. Brioche bums are a solid choice for their burgers.

Pretty good food, service is decent depending on the attending associate, not so busy, has outdoor sitting arrangements

Clean establishment and relatively timely service, tastes just like any other smash burger I’ve been to. Keep up the good work!

Staff was extremely helpful. Foodd delivery service botched my order and they were prompt in making it right. Customer service was above and beyond

Flavorful burgers (note: I thought they were a tad too salty). The ordertaker was cordial. The tables were clean; though, we ate outside. The place was well lit; and parking was plentiful.

Always a wonderful choice for parents and kids for an indulgent burger experience but with a little healthier an option (ie, salads, vegetable options,) to your burgers and trimmings! Certainly a better choice than McD's! Great service at our local Smash Burger, it's all the rage with the kids.

The food is always good but I couldn't give 5 stars cause if want a milkshake late they give you issues sometimes. I'm sure because they cleaned it earlier, but how long can cleaning that after you close slow up your closing process.

Good food, fast service, I rate it up there with 5 guys. I liked the option for specialty burgers, missed the fountain drink options.

OK, I like the concept-but I've tried burgers in multiple locations and they are just WAY too salty. I mean, seriously salty. Like thr Smash Fries, though.

Best turkey burger that I have ever had, hands down! I return to this location when I am town and am never disappointed. Food is made to order, so it's much better than a fast food experience. So good!

This was my first time at this place and I’m truly disappointed. Not only was the staff person so hard to communicate with. I literally feel like I have a stomach virus after eating here. My little brother and I were there and we waited over 10 minutes. The fries were so cold and I received two cups to get drinks. If I got those cups with my two meals why would the cashier not tell me that. That is so weird I ended up buying an extra drink not knowing this. I feel so sick I threw up everything I ate from here. This was the worst food I ever had and the worst 34$ I ever spent on food.

My very first time at a Smash Burger. I decided to get the Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss and it was very delicious. Staff is very friendly the only bad thing I experienced here was that the bathroom is poorly maintained… paper everywhere, no soap, no napkins. Other than that the place is excellent!

1st time having a burger at Smashburger. And I must say Im very impress. I did a mobile order. It was ready at the time it estimated. Svc was speedy and professional. Ingredients were fresh. Burger was delicious. Fries was banging. Food was hot and fresh! I'll definitely be back.

The avocado was missing from my avocado club. How can someone leave the avocado off a burger with the name avocado? I paid for haystack onions on my burger, they were missing and the burger was undercooked. I am disappointed with the way attention is not paid to building the burger or cooking it enough. I paid for cheese to be out on my burger and there was no cheese.
I ordered a side of haystack onions and there was no sauce for my onions
