I got my teeth scanned here with Linda who was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and gave me all the information I needed. Her and her team were super professional, on time, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Im glad they offer this option in addition to ordering the kit. Super quick and convenient 10/10!

Not worth the price and time. Still, if you can’t afford better, then they might be helpful to simple cases.

The worst customer service I have ever come across or should I say lack of customer service. We went for scans and then they never contact us again, we could not get through to anyone and finally after staying on hold for over an hour they said she was not a candidate. Where was our phone call? All they keep saying is how can I make you smile today? How about returning phone calls and e-mails Smile Direct? That could’ve made us smile

Natasha was very nice, she explained everything thoroughly, the images were painless, and the appointment was 30 minutes. Wish all appointments were like this!

Easy to find the facility, polite and kind staff, process was simple and easy to understand.

Went in for a consultation met with Lenimar who exceeded my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I’m looking forward to my NEW SMILE

Lenimor was exceptional! Start to finish she was kind, patience, knowledgeable and transparent. I felt supported throughout the whole process and I knew she was really trying to help me in anyway she could. They are lucky to have her!

The staff at the White Plains office was very helpful. In particular Britney, who helped me with my scans for further work that I requested. She has a a bright future ahead for her, and the office must be pleased to have her as part of the staff. Thanks to Britney and Smile Direct Club.

I came here for my 3D scan and the person assisting was rough and unapologetic. The minute she told me to go to the room you can sense her attitude. I didn't feel respected nor do I feel she was professional. I'll never recommend this place.

Tiffany treated me and it was a very nice experience. She informed me about the entire procedure and explained each step very well and very kind. 100% recommended.

Great service. I had an awesome experience today. The staff (forgot her name) was very nice, friendly, professional and she made me feel comfortable. She also explained everything to me. The place is also clean and nice. I can’t wait for my aligners! I highly recommend this place.

Edit to add: so disappointed they couldn’t do my aligners due to the crowding of my teeth.what more disappointing is that they never inform me about it so I had to call them after two mos for a follow-up only to find out they couldn’t do my aligners.

My husband made appointments for Smile Direct Club in White Plains NY, the location was easy to find, the building/offices were very clean, our appointments were not started on time, but Lenimar was fantastic and took her time explaining everything to us and was very personable and made this a wonderful experience!
I would highly recommend going to the office to have this done in person instead of dealing with it on your own.and we are an hour away from the closest office. Very excited to begin this journey!
