Smile More Dentistry, Tappan NY

I can’t say enough good things about smile dentistry. The office staff the hygienist and doctors are amazing they make you feel comfortable and you’re in and out very quickly. I found my new dentist and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go back.

I had my first appt yesterday with Dr. Park.
The moment I arrived I felt comfortable with the staff. They are very welcoming. Dr. Park was excellent and explained all the questions I asked as she performed my examine. From the receptionist, the tech taking X-rays, the Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Park the care was top notch. I Highly recommended Smile More Dentistry in Tappan.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE.
I’ve visited this office only once back in 6/2022 for a routine cleaning for both my boys. Yesterday, a year and a half later, I was sent a bill for $710. I called to inquire what it was for and they claimed that it was outstanding and could not initially tell me more information. They promised to call back before EOD and they did not.

When I called again only then did they then say $710 was in error and now I owed $100 because one of my son’s cleaning was not covered. I took both of them at the same time and they are under the same insurance plan and I had called to make sure they were covered before that visit. Why one kid would be covered and the other not for a routine visit, I don’t understand. I also don’t see why I am being told of this a YEAR AND A HALF LATER and for an initial claim for an absurd amount of $710 which they would have happily let me pay had I not followed up.

Their billing department needs to get it together or this is fraud.

What a great experience! I was in a lot of pain and after my town dentist couldn’t see me, I called Smile More. They were able to get me in and help me. This was my first visit. From enter to exit, the staff, assistants and doctors were kind friendly understanding patient funny and caring! I was able to text my wife during my visit and she’s going to calling to move our entire family to Smile More Dentistry.

Everyone was very pleasant. I was greeted right away and given a welcoming gift. All my procedures were explained and the cost of each procedure was broken down between insurance and out of pocket expenses. I highly recommend Smile More Dentist

I also had a tooth extraction and a post implanted. I must admit I hate dental work but Dr Davidson is an excellent surgeon, kind, caring and gentle. He kept me posted and was very concerned about my comfort. Thank you all!

I got a cleaning and exam in less than 1 hour. The hygienist was the best one I've been to.

This is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles, genuine friendliness and they give you a tour and even a gift if it’s your first time there. Very rare in this day and age! My cleaning was so comfortable and I even had a warming paraffin wax treatment on my hands while I sat there (shout out to the hygienist, Julia!) They did everything possible to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you so much! Please keep it up! You guys are wonderful

I am a new patient. Have been there twice in the last couple of weeks. The staff, hygienists, dentists have been wonderful. They are professional, kind and accommodating. Last week, I had a minor tooth problem and they were able to see me 20 minutes after I called. Then after they fixed it, which admittedly was a pretty quick fix, they did not charge me! If you have dental needs in Rockland or nearby Bergen County, go to Smile More Dentistry. They are excellent!

Dr. Tong is a very talented dentist. He is creative, fast, and does wonders with my dental work. His staff are always welcoming and skilled

My son and I came in for a routine cleaning… of course I went first and he felt so comfortable that during my visit he went on his own and did everything without a problem. Usually it’s a battle with my son who is 10 and he’s bigger than me so I normally have to manhandle him but today I didn’t even have to go! He felt so comfortable watching me that he went in his own! Everyone is so professional that I’m staying for good
