Hi the staff at Smile Savers were excellent. Ms. Vernice, who was at the front desk was so very helpful. The doctor was amazing, and the nurse who assisted the dentist prior to seeing the doctor was able to explain to my 10 year old grandson what was going to happen with his filling. He was calm and receptive to what she was saying. The hygienist was also great. Moving forward this will be my grandson dentist. He endorsed this place as well. Kèee up the good work they are surely children friendly.

All staff, assistants, dentists, hygienists, are super friendly and professional. They’re especially patient and kind with the way they interact with children. Plus, the office is clean with all sanitary precautions being taken. I highly recommend this dental office!

Smile-Savers pediatric Dentist have been absolutely the most significant experience I have ever had at a dentist with my children. My daughter that is 5 years old and is diagnosed with Autism absolutely loves everyone at the office. The staff starting from the front desk, to Valeria, Rosemary up to the provider were so patient, kind and bubbly. They all share such a significant part in making our trip to the dentist a fantastic one! Thank you all!

I attempted to make an appointment for my two children (3 and 8). I was informed by the receptionist that before making a Saturday appointment, my children’s behavior needs to be observed as some children fight and misbehave. Her tone was extremely condescending which lead me to make an appointment at another practice.

If it is indeed your policy to only schedule “well mannered” children on Saturday, I suggested you keep this practice in house and don’t state it bluntly over the phone to your costumers.

Workers are very nice and make my kids feel so comfortable every visit. Thank you and keep the good work.

From the greeting as you enter the office to the exiting and scheduling your future appointments was phenomenal. Smile-Savers has an amazing team. I recommend them to all parents.

My daughter gets excited everything I mention she has a dentist appointment. The office is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing to kids. The waiting area has a fish tank full of big fish, educational cartoons on the TV, kid furniture, and some basic toy puzzles. The staff is friendly, patient, and explains everything step by step to you and your child. At the end of the visit, she got a goody bag full of new teeth cleaning gadgets and a gold coin you can use in the toy vending machine before you exit. All in all, a great experience!

I love Dr Finlay. She knows her work very. The staff and team work to make the children and family welcomed. I would highly recommend the business to my friends and family.
