People are very friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. My son never had the chance to sit in the waiting room as they were ready for him as soon as we walked in (he was on time) Dr. Nate and his staff are great. They make it a very comfortable experience

Friendly staff. Very clean and professional. Excellent pricing. They were great with our child, answered all of our questions and made our child feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Laura/Lauren made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The only dislike is that the water pressure was to strong - I have asthma. The water pressure was extremely strong making it difficult to breathe. Also, the chair was reclined as far as it could go causing my neck to stretch rather long which also made it difficult to breathe. BUT overall, I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I received from everyone at SmileyCuse!

I truly love this place. The atmosphere and environment is colorful and cozy. The staff are so friendly, polite, welcoming, and never awkward. Plus, my teeth have never looked better ever since I got my braces done here. 100/10 go try this place if you want affordable and quality braces

Had my second deep cleaning, everyone was fantastic and explained what they were doing, why they sure doing it and constantly made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

This place is great! Clean, the all the ladies are nice. Very welcoming environment for Adults and Kids.

Child number 2 just got braces on at SmileyCuse! Wonderful staff and family atmosphere. Dr. Nate is fantastic. My older daughter’s teeth look great and my younger daughter’s will soon too!

SmileyCuse was inexpensive compared to most. The team there is wonderful and Dr. Nate is so nice! The entire atmosphere is fun and welcoming, too.

Went for a consultation with my daughter and we also left with braces! It was easy as 1 2 3 just like the monthly price $123 everyone was inviting and extremely accommodating … the music and the whole vibe with the place was not like your ordinary dentist. ITS EVEN BETTER! Meg who also put on my braces was really awesome too! I really appreciate Dr. Nate and his team. Dr. Nate should be really proud of himself.not only for the awesome affordable deal but also for the fun and spunky approach he went with as far as his whole set up in his office! He put in a lot of effort to stand out Thank you so much can’t wait for my new straight teeth!

Today, I had a huge mix-up and showed up for an appointment that was actually yesterday! They were so nice and did my appointment. They did not have to! They could have turned me away. The dentist is phenomenal. He was understanding and did not make me feel stupid. Even though I made an airhead move, it took me several minutes to realize what was happening. I was that confused about why it was so quiet in the building. Let’s face it you know you had a stressful week at work and need a break when you do this. I cannot say enough about this place. The workers are all amazing! They care about their clients and treat you with respect. I highly recommend SmileyCuse! Thank you so much for being so accommodating with this. Great place I was in from out of town and my daughter forgot her rubber bands. I stopped to see if they would sell me some to get her by until we went home. The orthodontist gave us 3 bags for free. Very nice orthodontist and receptionist. I def recommend this place

I love Smileycuse! I traveled from Watertown every couple months just so they could do my braces. All of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nate is amazing! I didn’t have a terrible smile but they were able to fix what bothered me in just a year, that might not be the case for you but this is definitely who I’d recommend for anyone needing braces. This place isn’t just for children though, however if you need to bring your baby or your child while you’re there for your appointment they won’t make you feel bad for it at all! Everyone here treated my daughter and I like family and I was actually sad to have my braces removed, because I won’t need to see them anymore.

Definitely recommend Smiley Cuse! The front desk representatives were super nice and attentive. I got my tooth gems taken off and it took less than 10 mins. The facility was so cute and updated! Loved my experience there.
