On Friday my moms car wouldnt start.she was at her yoga class and stuck. We called AAA and they send a tow service from the Smithwest Service Center. Not only did they get there very quickly, the tow truck driver Brian M, was kind, very professional and extremely helpful. When we got to the office we were treated the same way. Angelo took care of everything we needed done in a kind and professional manner. She called them again because she thought there was still an issue and they immediately met her and checked for any problems. Everything is fine but i cant recomend and thank this business enough.

Their waiting room is by far the cleanest we have ever seen in a repair shop and combined with the quality and speed of the repairs it is always a pleasant experience. Place charges $170 base rate, charged $98 to have the car looked at and then told I needed brand new parts which comes out to $1400 including labor costs. No thanks.

Rip off and dishonest. Do not get work done here. Was quoted a lower price before service and charged more on the receipt. When questioned they said it says the price and breakdown on the receipt. Save money and bring your car to the dealership.

I’m a return customer and loyal to this shop. They are prompt and honest and fairly priced. You don’t find many shops like this anymore. It’s a great trustworthy location.

Came to get one spark plug and one coil replaced based on the code displayed by my car. They called me to tell me what I needed, leaving out the fact that they replaced all 6 coils and spark plugs (one was already replaced a few months ago and didn’t need to be replaced again) and they also gave me no estimate till I arrived to pick up my car. They charged $75 for not paying with cash, and charged me for the $170 fee for the diagnostic test which is normally just omitted when i’m already paying for 6 hrs of labor. The amount for parts was grossly overcharged as well. A six pack of coils required is around $160 at advanced autoparts. They charged me $470. The estimate online for this type of service is between $600-$900, I was charged over $2000. They are on the website Repair Pal, saying they’ll honor this price estimate. I would not recommend this place to anyone and don’t agree with the way they took advantage of someone who doesn’t have advanced knowledge on cars.

I have used their towing service in the past and it was great, but I would not suggest getting work done on your vehicle. They replaced my transmission just under 2 years ago with a used transmission for about $3,500 (I am well aware there is risk getting a used part). Now just under 2 years later, the transmission started having issues, so I brought it in to have it checked. I made them aware of the code I had. After they checked it they quoted me for a new transmission for just over 7k, and a cheaper alternative was to replace the valve body for just over 5k. I did my research and its a common problem for the valve bodies to go bad in my car, and the symptoms were pointing to that, so I wanted that done. A brand new valve body from the dealer is $1,800 so I questioned why it would be $5,000 (over 3k in labor is absurd for a small job) Their response was that it was on back order and it's just going to cost $2,000 less than a full transmission repair. Well a quick call to the dealer's parts dept.proved that to be a lie, and I ended up putting the part in my car already & it works fine. Worst part is I still ended up having to pay $90 to these guys for poor info, fake quotes, and a computer reading I already knew.

I am all for having a professional work on my car, but after my experience with this shop, my suggestion is do the work yourself or go somewhere else that actually prides their business on being helpful.
