SNIPES, New York NY

I first walked in here about seven months ago just to peek inside. I wasn’t expecting much. Chiiiiiile…i ended up getting 2 pair of Vans for a total of $26.00! They had a CRAZY sale going on. So now i know.for name brand sneakers.i only knew about famous footwear being extremely cheap. Now i have a new go to sneaker shop. I Can shop for my whole fam here for Xmas/birthdays w.e. GREAT customer service from staff also.

Made a return. The cashier was nice and knew how to do a online to in store return
I spoke to a Zee on the phone- she was kind too.

I live right by snipes in Spanish Harlem and go in there often enough but options here are super mediocre. Customer service sucks every single time. Employees stand around and chat, they don’t greet you, don’t ask if you need help, and nobody is ever at the cash register…. Don’t even understand why the “employees” are even there.

Bad bad service I asked someone if he could help me and he ignored me as if it wasn’t his job bad service

Obnoxious staff that act like birds when you ask
About discounts and they swear “them S**** aren’t on sale” nasty attitude I had to take a picture prior to walking up to the cashier because I knew they were going to try to say there was not a discount and started walking to see the price, I took my phone out so she did not have to walk to see the discount she finally stopped bickering about how sure she was that these sneakers were not on sale. The other staff said “there are only 3 workers here today” they seemed upset about me asking and checking sale prices. Odd experience

TlIts always a welcoming feeling whenever I come. The people are very respectful and helpful.

The minute you notice a employee evalling you or getting defensive walk out and tell them your not interested due to their lack of respect and violations to their own policies as employees! Very upsetting the store was originally called kicks USA it was a great store the change the name and bought out jimmy jazz the Jacko enterprise that owns them it very upsetting no good sneakers in common men sizes and no good prices on clothes very expensive! ’ rude staff they have scammers go in there daily to do scams in all kind of ways you couldn’t even imagine! When I realized it they tried to act self defensive without me even saying a word! Because bye law what they are doing in there is very much illegal! Worse store clean up this place or shut them down out of business!

Would be nice somebody answer the phone. Been calling for 3 days. I don't want to make another trip to return sneakers just to be told I can't right now. Told ill would recieve a call and haven't

No one picks up the phone at this store called several times to ask about a order smh terrible I mean really answer thev phone customer services people

Came here to pick up a raffle win on a Saturday. The cashier was initially unable to find my name on the list after checking the list several times. The then cashier spoke with the manager to resolve the issue. The minor issue was resolved promptly. I want to thank both manager and cashier for making it a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be back to this store.
