Snow Ridge Ski Resort reviews
19The first of four ski areas we visited on our extended weekend. It's our annual "ski the small ski areas of NY" trip! They were setting up for an evening snowmobile competition and, unfortunately we had to miss it, since we had skiing plans back in Watertown for the night. It was snowing, so the conditions held up really well. We love going to the small areas. The friendly staff makes the visit enjoyable!
Great venue, good food, good drink selection, and willing to accommodate our event and requests.
We love this place super friendly staff my boyfriend and I got season passes and even though the winter has not been the greatest we have been skiing every weekend sine new year. Shared an amazing weekend with my niece and nephew. Thank you
What a beautiful day to ski! I was impressed by this resort. I didn't feel like making a 2hr+ drive into the Adirondacks to a large ski area, so I went for a shorter drive to Snow Ridge. Not a huge area, but it kept me very busy and entertained with skiing for over 4 hours. I didn't even ski the entire area. I loved the varying difficulty levels, and it wasn't super busy. A great ski area!
Snowridge is a north country gem. When the snow hits everything comes alive!
If your wanting to host a party their prices are amazing. In house restaurant and bar is perfect for 100+ event anytime of year. Reach out to them to book an event they book up fast.
If your a frequent skiier/boarder a must includes; Personal parking spot, equipment locker, and of course season passes for the family.
More to follow.
Snow conditions were good. Only one lift open that day. One was closed due to being broken, poor.
Vrry expensive got what they offer. Not sure owners know what they are doing. Not easy to own and run a ski hill, expensive.
I ski a lot of places in the North East, and Snow Ridge had the best snow conditions that I've seen this year. It's a small mountain, but there are a LOT of skiable glades that were in great shape even in early March. I was very surprised at how much fun this place was. Also, thanks to them for hosting the MDVC (great event).
Great spot for snowboarding. The restaurant is excellent! Best spot for wings in the area. Fun terrain park.
Had a blast tubing with my daughter. It was a good intro to winter fun! Cannot wait to get her in ski lessons and on the mountain
Great ski resort located in a small town outside the Adirondacks. Tubing also available, lessons, and a limited number of runs from kid hills, greens, blues, and single black diamonds. Charming community, with some great restaurants, and a very nice hotel 5 minutes away.
Love to take the family here for a great day of skiing! Their food in the pub is great and great local beer on draft
Went to Snow-ridge for the first time last week and 100% will be coming back a lot in the future! Good snow conditions for how bad the weather has been lately and both parks was fun. In the future you should build a t-bar or rope toe for the main park. It will cause less chair traffic and allow riders to have more laps in the park too.
I love this place and this was my first time I went there! There were different type of activities to do such as skiing, snowboarding, sledding, etc.
My first visit there, staff were very friendly, trail conditions were really nice, love the glades, and convenience of parking close to the lift was a bonus.
Great place. Best snow in central New York. Small but has a lot of great terrain available. Ownership and staff really seem to care and are putting in the effort to make it a great four season destination
Great ski mountain! Beginners can build their confidence and the facilities are cozy and comfortable! We love the restaurant and tavern next door too.
We had a great time. There wasn’t a lot of snow due to weather but the bunny slope was open. Since we had first time skiers it was great. They were super nice and helpful with rentals and tickets. We also got some lessons for skiing and snowboarding which was a huge help. The staff was incredibly nice and made it a great experience. We will definitely go back when we are in town again.
Have been there to ski but the disc golf course is a monster, in a good way. And its really beautiful
