I’ve been coming for years now. The staff here are so, so sweet. The bang for your buck with what you get for your pedicure compared to other nail spots nearby is insane. I’ll come here as long as they’re around!

Terrible service, very rushed.only come here of u want your cuticles tortured and bleeding.old lady spent 20 minutes gnawing at my nails with drills and files.she used a lamp that had illegal lighting.it burned to an unhealthy point.male workers were LAUGHING at my nails before I got them done.lady doing my nails were complaining about my bloody nails when she was the one doing them.smh

I wanted a full set of acrylic with gel polish but she did them with uv gel. The whole process felt very rushed and like she didn’t give much care into it.my pointer finger in the picture is VERY crooked and the shaping on several nails is off.all of my cuticles are torn up.she did an OK job but i’d rather have just bought some green press ons.

I didn't want the man doing my nails so he thru a fit in his language. I said he didn't need to act that way. He wouldn't stop. I said I'd you keep it up I'm leaving. He kept it up so I said I'm leaving gh. Totally unnecessary behavior. I walked out and the lady came out and talked me into coming back in. I did. Got my nails done but he never said he was wrong to do that. I doubt I will go back. The nail tech was great. She kept apologizing. I left her a nice tip. I paid for my granddaughters nails the day before. I've had pedicures. I felt embarrassed. There were alot of people there. As a customer I have a right to not want a man to do my nails. I would gladly have waited for one of the girls. I was so upset. Not a good experience.

Got a pedicure, really great service. Attention to detail was great. The massage was amazing! Will come back!

Worst experience getting my nails done ever, to pricy, tons of time taken away, and horrible service.

Worst experience ever! Staff is nice but that is the only good thing about this place, they stop working on you and what there doing and start working on other people, burned my nails and when I asked why it burned she shrugged and told me to keep it there. Very very overpriced, the prices on the website are not accurate either, if you looking for a place to go do not come here

They did a great job however I didn’t love the questionable upgrades or the pressure they put on me to agree to these upgrades. Besides the pushy salesperson stuff I liked it and would go back. I like that they’re open on Sundays.

If you're going here for a pedicure then great! They do an excellent job on pedicures if they're not busy there. I only had one of my frenches chip on my toes after a week but it's barely noticable do no complaints there.but if you're getting your nails done it's a different story. I needed two nail repairs and a polish fix. They made my nail so thick and one curved, it didn't even match the rest of my nails. I understand they have different colors so I wasn't complaining about that. But I did have to tell them their polish was no where close to my nail bed. The nail they repaired didn't even hold up for 5 days because the lady used a nail which didn't even fit my nails. So it's already cracked now. She also didn't ask if it was a gel or acrylic. I just sat there and let her do her thing. I'm assuming they did gel because it cost more. My nails were better off broken than having them "fix" it. Wish I liked both services but only pedicures are worth it here. I did the green tea and loved my spa. Just upset their work doesn't carry on with nails.

I was in for the first time ever yesterday, and I couldn’t be anymore UNHAPPY with the my nails. First, I wanted them to remove old nails, and get a fresh acrylic set. They said they didn’t do pink and white acrylic which I found very weird, she kept offering me white nail polish tip which is not what I wanted. So I decide to get clear.
Not only is the acrylic lumpy, the shape is not what I wanted, and the worse part is it looks like I need a fill! Because she didn’t put the acrylic far enough back. Absolutely terrible. And I paid $80! The only thing I thought was nice, was the little massage they give while your nails dry and the max peel on the hands that they do. Now I have a set of nails that will LITERALLY need a fill by the end of the week but also need to be filed down because of how lumpy they are!

I wouldn't recommend going there if you're selective with your nails, they didn't put the mix all the way to my Nail bed. (so they look grown out in the same day.) Not the mention they're very thick and un-even. Mostly annoyed with just getting my nails done yesterday and they look already grown out. Ridiculous.
