Snowimage, Brooklyn NY

I just had a terrible customer service experience at the SnowImage store on Brighton Beach! This is not the store it used to be 10 years ago and certainly not the customer service I had as little as a year ago. Upon visiting the store last year, the sales person was extremely helpful and my daughter and I made a wonderful purchase and left the store vert happy. Remembering my great experience, I returned to the store hoping for the same customer service and selection of winter jackets. First off, as you walk into the store it is unclear that the store sells winter jackets and is reminiscent of the other cheap women's stores in the area. I wasn't really sure where in the store to look for a jacket. After about 5 minutes of looking around no one had come to help me. As somebody else walks into the store a sales lady emerges to help the customer despite my daughter and I asking for help before. I decided to help myself and took out a coat from the back of the rack. The rack of coats near me had fallen down. The sales lady looks at me and I explained to her that the rack had fallen on its own. Of course she did not belive me and blamed me got dropping the coat rack. She sarcastically stated saying "yes the coat rack magically fell on its own". My daughter as a witness next to me watched as I kindly asked to speak to the owner of the store. The sales associate stated that she was the owner of the store. At this moment my daughter and I stormed out of the store saying that SnowImage had just lost some paying returning customers. Very disappointed in my experience and will not be returning.
