If you want to go on a roller coaster ride, this is the place to call but if you suffer from anxiety that can trigger seizures "Stay Away"! They're really no help and answers aren't given!

Anyone knows is this place is open for " emergency dire need only" for a physical appointment?
Been going crazy trying to find one to get my replacement ss card, - the one thing needed for proof in order to get my unemployment claim approved, I sent them a pic of the front of card (which I had in my computer), but unfortunately they want a pic of the back too (don't have it). It's been 3 months trying to get it and I can't open a mysocialsecurity account because I have a photo medicaid card.and they want a state drivers or non drivers ID.
Been running around trying to get all documents for them, one left.the social security card.only way to get it is by physical appointment.
This pretty much is a dire need situation, no job, no money, and my unemployment is held cuz of ss card.barely scraping by.

I called them and they were helpful, but on June 2020 the phone number no longer worked. No longer in service

I originally went to 1540 fulton for a replacement card to my surprise they are closed for renovations they’re sign stated to go to 785 flushing instead so I walked 20 blocks to get there and ask the rude security guard if I’m in the right place he asked me what am. I here for I stated a social security card he say a replacement I’m like yes he says we don’t do those so I’m already frustrated from all this running around so I ask him where do I need to go he points at the wall and says go read the sign that’s what it’s there for. I’m so annoyed the staff needs to be checked if you don’t like your job get another one!

Today I went to the office for the first time, since they relocated a new location. People keep on talking; while listening to your number to be called so I could hear.

These folks are very rude, no customer service skill what so ever.try to avoid coming here as much as possible

Horrible customer service. Staff have no social skills or any understanding of how to deal with the public. Only the security guard is always pleasant and patient.

Expect excessive long wait time.
Effective immediately: June 21,2019 this location will close and relocate.
Will open June 24th 2019 at New location.
New location: 785 Flushing Ave. Bklyn, 3R floor.

Bad customer skills.

No receptionist, they tell u to get a ticket for any service after waiting for 2 hours they let you know that they dont issue cards. Then the clerk dares to say there is a sign at the door which is NOT TRUE. No sign any where

This place is slow, in a bad neighborhood, and be prepared to be there a long long time. Horrible service too.

Horrible. They had me setup a phone interview. Which I hate because I know they wouldn't call. After waking up early and not getting sleep I stood the whole day and never got a call. Finally I decided to file a complaint and was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Finally a young lady picks up and has me on hold.again. Then tells me I have to schedule an appointment.again. At this point I'm upset. Then she has me on hold. As soon as 4 hits she hangs up. Nothing but idiots working here.

Every time that I have visited this place of business, It was never a long wait. It's a somewhat small office, which makes it that much faster to be seen, heard & whatever else you dare to go accomplish there. With this being said I am very pleased with the service & benefits from S. S. I!

Great service but they may have to speed it up

Come first thing in the morning so you'll wait less

I came 8am it was 10 people in front of me they opened 9am it was 20 people behind me

I can't believe this place I come in to get an Award letter. It stop at A257 after, that it stop calling the number. The person that call for the number when to lunch they could not replace someone. I have to wait for an hour and still the individual it not back yet from lunch.

It wasn't bad. Went there twice. The first one was kind of misleading, but the second time was completely squared away. Thanks.
